摘要: The method and the device serve for the blow molding of containers. A preform of a thermoplastic material is first subjected to thermal conditioning in the region of a heating section along a transporting path. Subsequently, the preform is transformed into the container inside a blow mold by the effect of blowing pressure. The thermal conditioning of the preforms is carried out by a number of radiant heaters positioned one above the other. The radiant heaters are activated during production in accordance with a first heating profile and activated during standby mode in accordance with a second heating profile (50), which is different from the first heating profile.

摘要: A method and device serve the tempering preforms of a thermoplastic material. The preforms are modeled subsequent to tempering into a container inside a blow-molding mold by the action of a medium under pressure. During tempering, the preforms are heated by being acted upon by a heat radiation as well as cooled by being blown upon with cooling air, at least in the surface region. For compensation of a change in the surface temperature of the preforms due to operating ambient parameters, a change in the intensity in the subjecting of the preforms to cooling air is conducted. This takes place such that with simultaneous heating and cooling a basically constant surface temperature of the preform is attained. In addition, the intensity of heat radiation can be regulated for adaptation to at least one operating parameter.

摘要: Disclosed are a method and a device for blow molding containers (2). A parison (1) is stretched by means of a stretching rod (11) within a blow mold (4) and molded into the container by applying blow pressure following thermal conditioning. The pressurized gas is introduced into the container (2) via at least two different flow paths (55, 56). Advantageously, one of the flow paths (56) ends near the orifice area (21) while a second now path (55) ends near a container bottom (51). At least some of the pressurized gas is introduced into the container (2) through the stretching rod (11).

摘要: The invention relates to a method and to a device which is used to blow-form containers (2). A preform (1) is stretched inside a blow form (4) by a horizontal bar (11) after thermal conditioning and is shaped in the container by means of blow pressure effects. At least one part of the pressurised gas is guided towards the base area of the container (2). One particular advantage of said invention is that the flow path ends in the vicinity of the base area. At least one part of the pressurised gas (2) is guided into the container by the horizontal bar (11).

摘要: The device is used for blow molding containers of a thermoplastic material and has at least one blow station with at least one blow mold. The blow mold is comprised of at least two blow mold segments held by supports. At least one of the blow mold segments is arranged such that it can slide relative to its support. The support is equipped with at least two guide elements for the movable blow mold segment. The guide element has a hard core that is connected to the blow mold segment. In addition, the core is embedded, at least in part, in an elastomer that is carried by the support. A circumferential seal made of an elastomer is provided in order to make available an area of pressure action in order to support pneumatic positioning of the blow mold segment; this seal has a seal lip that makes area contact with the support when pressure is applied.

摘要: In an apparatus for producing hollow bodies from thermoplastic material in large numbers a plurality of stations in which the blanks are successively subjected to various treatment steps are arranged at horizontal spacings around the peripheral surface of a vertical, substantially cylindrical housing of an operating unit of the apparatus. The blanks to be treated are passed downwardly through the operating unit and a first one of the treatment stations therein to the next station therein. Arranged within the operating unit is a cam drum which rotates about a vertical axis and which has cams adapted to actuate tools for treating the blanks in at least some of the treatment stations. Two or more such operating units may be connected in succession for carrying out successive treatment operations on the blanks.
