摘要： A telecommunication connector includes a housing, a circuit board mounted in the housing and holding a set of communication terminals and a set of connection terminals, the connection terminals being obliquely aligned at the circuit board in a staggered manner, reducing cross-talk, a wire block mounted on the circuit board to a communication line in connection to the connection terminals, the wire block having a guide plate in the wire hole thereof and connected between two locating walls and sloping forwardly downwards form a guide space for guiding the bare wires of the communication line into respective terminal grooves at an equal distance to ensure stable communication quality, and two movable covers pivoted to the housing and adapted to hold down the wire block and to protect the circuit board and the connection terminals against external dust.

摘要： A method of forming channel for metal oxidation semiconductor in the integrated circuits. The manufacturing process is as following: a layer of amorphous silicon is deposited after forming the gate oxide, and ion implantation for forming channel is performed, then a doped polysilicon layer and a silicide layer are deposited orderly, finally the whole structure is defined to form a gate electrode. The key point of the current invention is the addition of amorphous silicon. This amorphous silicon can prevent the direct bombardment of implanted ions to the gate oxide, it can also avoid the diffusion of polysilicon dopant into the gate oxide, therefore, the electrical properties of transistor will be made stable. In addition, the native oxide spontaneously produced between amorphous silicon and polysilicon along with process is very even and plain, it is profitable to planarization when subsequently depositing other layers.

摘要： An optical scanner for retrieving digital images of opaque and transmissive objects. The scanner of the present invention includes a scanner body, a docking port, and a removable scanning platform. An object to be scanned is placed on the scanning platform, which is subsequently loaded into scanner body for scanning. Inside the scanner body, a sensor module, including a first light source and an image-retrieving device, is disposed above the docked scanning platform; a support frame, on which is disposed a second light source, is disposed below the docked scanning platform. A connecting rod engages the sensor module and the support frame, and a driving device synchronously moves the sensor module and the support frame along a longitudinal axis. In a first embodiment, the scanning platform can include an adhesive tape for adhering an opaque object to be scanned to the surface of the scanning platform. In a second embodiment, the scanning platform can include a platform body with a perforated lid, on which an opaque object to be scanned can be positioned, and a vacuum device disposed therein. In a third embodiment, the scanning platform can include a transparent plate disposed in surface of the scanning platform, on which a transmissive object to be scanned can be positioned.
