摘要: The processing apparatus includes: a first roller 10 around which a gas-diffusion layer sheet (carbon paper CP) is wound, the gas-diffusion layer sheet being an electrically conductive porous member; a second roller 20 configured to take up the carbon paper CP wound around the first roller 10; and a processing oven configured to heat process a portion of the carbon paper CP, the portion having been fed from the first roller 10 but not yet taken up by the second roller 20. A heat-resistant lead LE is provided, the heat-resistant lead LE having a length at least extending from the first roller 10 to the second roller 20 through the processing oven, being configured to be taken up by the second roller 20, and being bonded to the carbon paper CP impregnated with a thermosetting resin AD.

摘要: A power generation cell or a fuel cell includes an MEA, a first separator, and a second separator. A frame member is provided on an outer peripheral portion of the MEA. The frame member includes a frame member inner peripheral portion and a frame member outer peripheral portion held between the first separator and the second separator. The central position of a power generation area of the MEA in the thickness direction and the central position of the frame member outer peripheral portion in the thickness direction are offset from each other. Further, a first seal line of the first separator and a second seal line of the second separator, sealing the frame member outer peripheral portion, are non-symmetrical with each other.

摘要: In a first metal separator, first bead structure for preventing leakage of a reactant gas protrudes in a separator thickness direction. The first bead structure includes bead seals in two lines (a passage bead and an outer bead) between a separator outer end and a portion of an oxygen-containing gas supply passage adjacent to the separator outer end. One of the bead seals in two lines has a wavy shape, and the other of the bead seals has a straight shape, as viewed in the separator thickness direction.

摘要: A laser machining apparatus 1 includes: a laser head that is supported by a laser moving device so as to be movable in X, Y, and Z directions above a motor driven conveyor that transports a workpiece loaded thereon. The laser head includes protection glass for protecting a laser focusing lens; an ultraviolet irradiation device disposed beside the conveyor such that a laser light axis and an ultraviolet ray axis are parallel to each other; and a control device that controls the components of the laser machining apparatus so that the ultraviolet irradiation device radiates UV rays on the protection glass in a state in which a UV irradiation port faces a laser irradiation port of the laser head, thus cleaning the protection glass without removing it from the laser head.

摘要: In the method for cleaning optical components by UV ashing according to the present embodiment, while supplying humidity-controlled humidified gas, ultraviolet rays are radiated to the surface of the protective glass to remove organic matters on the surface of the protective glass. Further, in the cleaning method of the present embodiment, the humidified gas is supplied so that the humidity in the laser head during cleaning becomes 30% to 90%.
