    摘要: A mechanically fixable acetabular unit for hip prostheses, having a conical acetabular basket made of a tissue-compatible metal alloy, the acetabular basket (1) is provided with cutouts (3) running in the direction of the generatrix and L-shaped anchors (4) are inserted into the cutouts (3) so, as to be tilted around the geometric axis running parallel with the tangent of the mantle of the acetabular basket and in such a manner that the shorter shank of the anchors (4) is arranged at the end with a smaller diameter of the acetabular basket and on the outer end it is formed as a pointed sharp claw (7), while the thickness of the longer shank (6) corresponds substantially to the wall-thickness of the acetabular basket (1), while the length corresponds to the length of the cutout (3).

    摘要: The hip prosthesis according to the invention is a further development of the prosthesis formed with conventional head provided with spherical surface, neck and stem, where a guide profile is formed along the outer straight side of the stem, containing components parallel with the side. The guide profile fits the inner surface of the medullary cavity nail, which allows the simultaneous use of the hip prosthesis and the medullary cavity nail, and nailing of the already prosthetized, then fractured femur.

    摘要: The invention relates to a new process for obtaining tissue-protective devices of bone surgery implants prepared from a medical-purity metal, titanium and/or a titanium-base microalloy containing at least 98% by weight of titanium, by establishing a biocompatible (tissue-protective) coating on the metal surface by anodic oxidation after degreasing and chemical or electrochemical etching, which comprises carrying out the anodic oxidation of the etched implant surfaces in an aqueous solution of a phosphate concentration lower than 20% by weight with a current density of 2 to 50 mA/cm.sup.2 until reaching a voltage of at least 105 V, then, after washing to ion-free, heat-treating the thus-oxidized implants at a temperature between 120.degree. C. and 750.degree. C. for 5 to 120 minutes, and repeating once or twice the anodic oxidation and heat-treatment with the phosphate concentration, current density and temperature values as given above for the first step.
