    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for measuring blood glucose levels, using an electrochemical biosensor provided with a converse-type thin-layer electrochemical cell. The electrochemical cell comprising: a working electrode formed on a flat insulating substrate; an auxiliary electrode formed on a separate flat insulating substrate so as to face the working electrode; a fluidity-determining electrode, formed at a predetermined distance from the working electrode on the flat insulating substrate used for the working electrode or the auxiliary electrode; an adhesive spacer, provided with a sample-introducing part having a micro-passage, for spatially separating the working electrode and the auxiliary electrode by being interposed therebetween; an electrode connector, printed with a thick conductive material on a portion of the auxiliary electrode, for three-dimensionally connecting the working electrode to the auxiliary electrode; and a reagent layer containing an electron transfer mediator and an oxidation enzyme.

    摘要: Disclosed are a CMOS image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes forming an isolation layer in a semiconductor substrate, defining an active region including a photo diode region and a transistor region; forming a gate insulating layer and a gate electrode on the transistor region; forming a first low-concentration diffusion region in the photo diode region; forming a second low-concentration diffusion region in the transistor region; forming an insulating layer over an entire surface of the substrate; implanting fluorine ions in an upper surface of the photo diode region; etching the insulating layer to form insulating sidewalls on sides of the gate electrode; forming a high-concentration diffusion region in the transistor region partially overlapping with the second low-concentration diffusion region; and forming a third low-concentration diffusion region on the upper surface of the photo diode region, the third low-concentration diffusion region having a conductivity type opposite to the first low-concentration diffusion region.

    摘要: The present invention relates to the compounds generating strong acids (described hereafter as “acid generators”) decomposed by heat and the composition of thin film containing the same. Provided are the compounds represented by the structure of formula I and the composition containing the compounds. wherein X is alkyl or aryl group and R is hydrogen atom, hydroxy, alkoxy or alkyl group. The abovementioned acid generators of the present invention generate acid by heat at relatively low temperatures, preventing the change in the ratio of the composition due to evaporation of some components in the composition. Accordingly, it has the advantageous effect that the ratio of components in the composition is controlled and the preparation of the thin film with the wanted properties is simplified.
