    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for measuring blood glucose levels, using an electrochemical biosensor provided with a converse-type thin-layer electrochemical cell. The electrochemical cell comprising: a working electrode formed on a flat insulating substrate; an auxiliary electrode formed on a separate flat insulating substrate so as to face the working electrode; a fluidity-determining electrode, formed at a predetermined distance from the working electrode on the flat insulating substrate used for the working electrode or the auxiliary electrode; an adhesive spacer, provided with a sample-introducing part having a micro-passage, for spatially separating the working electrode and the auxiliary electrode by being interposed therebetween; an electrode connector, printed with a thick conductive material on a portion of the auxiliary electrode, for three-dimensionally connecting the working electrode to the auxiliary electrode; and a reagent layer containing an electron transfer mediator and an oxidation enzyme.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electrochemical biosensor measuring device which can be used together with an electrochemical biosensor. The biosensor measuring device comprises an electrical connection portion which is electrically connected with the electrodes of the biosensor upon the insertion of the biosensor there into, and a connector having a structure in which at least one light absorption or reflection path sequentially comprising a light emitter-production lot information identification portion-detector unit is provided to identify the production lot information recorded in the biosensor. The electrochemical biosensor measuring device can automatically identify the production lot information of the biosensor, encoded in the form of a hue or hole marks, upon the insertion of the electrochemical biosensor into the measuring device, thereby obviating the need to manually input the production lot information of the biosensor. Thus, inconvenience and the frequency of errors, which occur when a user personally inputs the production lot information, can be reduced, with the result that the measured values can be conveniently and accurately acquired.

    摘要: Disclosed are an electrochemical biosensor which comprises a production lot information identification portion, on which information is recorded in a magnetization mark, and a measuring device which can automatically identify the production lot information of the biosensor with the insertion of the electrochemical biosensor into the measuring device. Without the need for a high-priced filter or a complicated calculation system, the magnetic detector system has a simple construction and realizes economic efficiency in the construction of the measuring device.     摘要: Disclosed relates to an electrochemical determination system of glycated proteins, the system comprising: a filtering means for filtering labeled compounds bound to glycated proteins and non-glycated proteins after adding labeling compounds, capable of selectively binding to the glycated proteins to a solution, in which glycated/non-glycated proteins coexist, to be bound all to the glycated proteins; and a quantifying means for quantifying the filtered labeling compounds, not bound to the glycated proteins. The system of the present invention filters the residual labeled compounds left after binding to glycated proteins to quantify, instead of directly quantifying glycated proteins via the known glycated protein determination methods, thus simplifying the configuration of the system that can provide exact determinations with a low cost. Moreover, the electrochemical determination system of glycated proteins of the present invention minimizes the interference that the proteins are absorbed to an analysis device and a sensor in the system, not using immune antibodies that are expensive and have limited lives and, furthermore, not modifying the electrodes of the electrode sensor with antibodies or enzymes, thus facilitating mass production, quality control and circulation of the products.
