    摘要: A self-securing ball-and-socket joint which has a ball head integrally formed on a rod, an outer structural part having a bore that pivotably receives the ball head and a radially elastic CIRCLIP brand retaining ring as well as a separate auxiliary assembly tool for the retaining ring. In the outer structural part beside the center of the ball head, there is a circumferential groove having a support face for the retaining ring. When the ball-and-socket joint is assembled, the retaining ring is first inserted into the circumferential groove. Then the auxiliary assembly tool is inserted into the bore. At its initial end the auxiliary assembly tool is embodied in the manner of a centering and expansion tool, so that it aligns the retaining ring with respect to the circumferential groove and finally forces it into this groove. Upon further displacement of the auxiliary assembly tool, the retaining ring snaps home into a detent notch provided on the circumference of the auxiliary assembly tool. As a result, the retaining ring is prevented from falling out of the outer structural part. For final assembly of the ball-and-socket joint, all that remains to be done is to insert the ball head in the course of which the auxiliary assembly tool moves away from the CIRCLIP retaining ring and the CIRCLIP retaining ring finally snaps home into its securing position in the groove in the rod outwardly of the ball head.

    摘要: A lightweight ball-and-socket joint that is for instance capable of being assembled by a robot. The ball-and-socket joint has a ball head, a CIRCLIP and an outer structural part forming a socket, in which there is a circumferential groove the bottom of which forms a support face for the circlip. The support face is substantially defined by a hollow cone and surrounds the CIRCLIP like a jacket, and a flare angle of the support face opens toward the center of the ball head. The CIRCLIP presses with radial bias against the support face and therefore migrates in the direction of its largest diameter and hence toward the center of the ball head until it rests thereon.

The sleeve surrounds the ball head in an articulated and undetachable manner.

    摘要: The invention relates to a brake pressure control valve which contains a brake pressure build-up valve. The brake pressure build-up valve comprises a pressure compensated seat valve. A second valve member, a rod between the two valve members and a tubular compensating piston are provided to produce pressure compensation at the valve member. The compensating piston which encloses the rod is displaceable relative to the latter and comprises a second valve seat at its end directed towards the second valve member. A sealing ring also encloses the tubular compensating piston. When the first valve member is raised from its valve seat, the second valve member can precede the tubular compensating piston, thereby preventing friction forces between this compensating piston and its sealing ring from being disruptive during opening of the seat valve. Also provided is a valve slide which only uncovers flow bores when the seat valve is opened for the purpose of increasing brake pressure. Brake pressures can be smoothly controlled by means of the control slide.

    摘要: A brake-force regulator for dual-circuit brake systems including first and second stepped pistons disposed in a multiple-step housing bore such that the end of the smaller diameter portion of both the first and second piston abut one another. An inlet chamber coupled to the master cylinder is provided adjacent the annular surface between the larger diameter portion and the smaller diameter portion of each of the first and second pistons. A first output chamber coupled to one of the brake circuits is provided adjacent the end of the larger diameter portion of the first piston and a second output chamber coupled to the other brake circuit is provided adjacent the end of the larger diameter portion of the second piston. A first valve is associated with the first piston to couple the associated one of the inlet chambers to the first outlet chamber and a second valve is associated with the second piston to couple the associated one of the inlet chambers to the second outlet chamber. A spring is provided to urge the first piston against the second piston and a stop is provided for the second piston such that when the second piston is against the stop the second valve is kept open. Two different embodiments are disclosed in which the first valve is a deceleration-responsive valve and the second valve is a pressure-responsive valve and a third embodiment is disclosed in which both the first and second valves are pressure-responsive valves.

    摘要: A brake booster in which a servo piston is slidably supported in a housing. The transmission of a brake force is effected via a piston rod protruding into the housing, and a work chamber is formed between the piston rod and the servo piston. After the opening of a valve, this work chamber can be filled with brake fluid from a reservoir or supply container via a pump or the like. A return line also leads out of the work chamber back to the supply container, via a further valve. To improve the closing or sealing behavior of the valves, the first valve is to be embodied for admitting the brake fluid from a valve cone, or its shoulder, the valve cone extending axially in a blind bore of the servo piston, and a valve seat formed out of a valve bushing. The second valve is likewise embodied as a seat valve, and an element connected with the valve cone cooperates with an element connected with the piston rod.
