    摘要: A controller for a hydraulic braking system for an aircraft is disclosed. The hydraulic braking system includes a first accumulator and a second accumulator, the controller configured to: receive first signals including first pressure data from a first pressure transducer associated with the first accumulator, receive second signals including second pressure data from a second pressure transducer associated with the second accumulator, monitor the received first and second signals to determine whether a predetermined condition has been met, and issue a warning indicating a loss of integrity of the hydraulic braking system in response to a determination that one or more predetermined conditions has been met. A hydraulic braking system for an aircraft and method to determine the integrity of a hydraulic braking system are also disclosed.

    摘要: A method for controlling and/or regulating a motor vehicle brake system. The system at least one electric regenerative brake and wheel brakes. A pressure medium is supplied from a first pressure source actuated by the driver. At least one brake circuit has a pressure accumulator, a second pressure source connected to the pressure accumulator, and at least two actuatable valves. When an activation condition is met, the first pressure source is separated from the wheel brakes by closing a first valve in at least one active brake circuit, and pressure medium is conducted from the pressure accumulator into at least one wheel brake. A second valve of an active brake circuit(s), is between the pressure accumulator and the first pressure source, and the first valve of the same brake circuit are opened during the operation of the second pressure source if a ventilation condition is met.

The braking system further includes a brake actuator to selectively actuate a brake member based on a fluid pressure inside the brake actuator. The braking system further includes a brake valve disposed between the brake actuator and the accumulator. The brake valve is configured to regulate a flow of the pressurized fluid between the accumulator and the brake actuator. The braking system further includes a controller coupled to the pressure sensor and the brake valve. The controller is configured to determine a low-energy state of the accumulator based on the signal from the pressure sensor and maintain at least a pre-determined threshold value of fluid pressure within the brake actuator to retain the brake member at a touch up position with respect to a rotating member.

    摘要: In a metal bellows accumulator, a metallic bellows unit is disposed within a pressure space defined in a main shell, and one end of the metallic bellows unit is fixedly secured to one end wall of the main shell. The metallic bellows unit sections the pressure space into an outer chamber serving as a gas chamber in which a pressurized gas is enclosed, and an inner chamber serving as a liquid chamber communicating with a liquid port formed in the end wall of the main shell. A stopper (auxiliary shell) for limiting collapsing movement of the metallic bellows unit is disposed within the liquid chamber and has a communication passage hole. The liquid port always communicates with a liquid chamber to which an inner circumferential surface of a bellows portion of the metallic bellows unit is exposed via the communication passage hole.
