Abstract:
The subject invention is an improved solar battery having a first surface and a second surface, which battery utilized the radiant energy impact of sunlight on the first surface for energy input into the battery and another energy source input on its second surface for additional energy input into the battery member such that the solar battery has additional energy input to increase its electrical or other output.
Abstract:
The subject invention is a method for formulating pasta into larger segments for consumption purposes generally including the steps for having uncooked pasta heated and/or cooked in a conventional manner and taking the cooked portion of pasta and molding such portions of cooked pasta together by heat, pressure, or a combination of both heat and pressure or by other methods, so as to produce a unitary portion of pasta of a larger size than the individual pasta portions that are molded together.
Abstract:
The subject apparatus which incorporates features of the subject invention is a combined wind powered and solar powered rotor mechanism, specifically utilizing energy from both solar and wind sources to provide energy to drive a rotor mechanism, such apparatus comprising in its general form a vertically standing or substantially upright structure that has an air intake opening at the bottom portion or at some position intermediate between the bottom portion and upper portion of the apparatus, such opening connecting outside air with a central longitudinally extending chamber that extends upwardly towards the upper part of the apparatus, with a portion of the apparatus, in one embodiment, being comprised of translucent material to admit solar energy into the longitudinal extending chamber with a portion of the chamber, in one embodiment, being formed of solar absorption materials to receive solar energy, with an air powered rotor mechanism at or near the upper portion of the chamber, such rotor mechanism having a central rotational axle rotationally installed through or adjacent to such chamber, such rotational axle having air movement sensitive means to receive the impact of any upwardly extending air moving through such chamber and additionally having air movement sensitive means disposed on a portion of such rotational axle to receive directly air from outside such chamber, for direct rotational drive of such rotational axle.
Abstract:
The subject apparatus is a three dimensional imaging system adapted to capture an actual object image from one location to be transmitted to a remote location for a continuous duplication of such image at a remote location, generally comprising an electrical system of light sensors dispersed above and laterally relative to the actual object to be photographed, such sensors being adapted to detect and sense the location, movement, shape and coloration and other attributes of the object image, each such sensors being capable of capturing a distinct and different aspect or feature of the actual object. The sensory and reproduction means at a distant location is equipped with an electrical means to detect and relay a sensual signal to a three dimensional physical matrix of lighted means to capture the image in the physical matrix through lighting of such members.
Abstract:
The subject device is an energy savings ring for cooking utensils placed on a stove burner with the subject device being a perimeter ring-like member or other generally perimeter member adapted to surround all or part of the outer circumference of the cooking utensil so that part of the outer circumference of the cooking utensil is surrounded by the inner circumferential wall of the perimeter member with the perimeter member being structured to receive heat from the stove burner on its lower surface, and thence transfer such heat upwardly into the inner circumferential surface of the perimeter member to be transferred in turn to the outer circumferential surface of the cooking utensil.
Abstract:
The subject invention is an improved device for protection an individual from inadvertently puncturing the skin by a hypodermic or other type of needle adapted to be injected into a skin of an individual, such device comprising, in general, a member to be worn on or near the hand, where a hand is generally placed near the intended needle injection site or where a wound is located, such device being a shield member flexibly affixed over a portion of the hand, to protect the hand member from being inadvertently punctured injected by the needle point before or after the needle is injected under the skin of a patient or other individual.
Abstract:
The subject device is novel cooking utensil for gas, electric or other types of stove, which have an upper stove surface wherein such burners have a relatively flat upper surfaces with an upper perimeter edge and upwardly directed heating units, such cooking utensil having a circumferentially disposed outer extension extending out from the side surface of the utensil which holds an enclosed chamber in which can be contained a liquid that can be heated directly or indirectly from one of the burners to help heat the sides of the utensil.
Abstract:
The subject invention is an improved bridge structure comprising the use of both arch structural support systems along with suspension systems, combined together to support a multiple bridge support structure, with such multiple support systems being focused and combined through a unitary member in a center portion of the bridge, with the unitary member being an under support member in one embodiment, with such under support member supporting a portion of the bridge deck. More particularly, the subject invention is focused on utilizing multiple structural support systems for a bridge, with such multiple support systems being centered on a longitudinally extending secondary under support member, which is supported and held partially by the supplementary bridge support system, such secondary support member structurally having multiple and varied support systems and being adapted to provide an under support system as a supplementary support mechanism for the bridge structure. In summary, the subject invention comprises a secondary support system for a bridge to provide additional support to the primary support system for the bridge, such secondary support system having its forces focused on an undersupport system that is positioned beneath the bridge deck as an undersupport member that helps hold the bridge deck, along with the support provided by the primary support system.
Abstract:
The subject invention is an improved coding system for users to gain entry into a structured system, vehicle, or other entry means, such as an entry system being based on a process where in the entry code is a mathematical formulation or other resultant formulation of a series of numbers or letters or other similar symbols, as opposed to just a series or plurality of numbers, with the mathematical resultant or other formulation or interaction of such numbers, letters, or symbols producing the sole and ultimate access code.
