The systems and methods receive historic price data including purchasing volumes for the product(s) and/or service(s) that an organization procures in their normal course of business, anonymize the historic pricing data for each of the plurality of distinct organizational entities in order to generate aggregated historic pricing data, receive one or more procurement requests from a procurement system of the organization, calculate price predictions for goods and/or services based on information stored in an account database, identify one or more time periods and/or quantities for procuring requested goods and/or services, generate one or more procurement triggers indicating preferred period(s) for acquiring goods and/or services, and transmit the trigger(s) to the procurement system and/or an end user.

    摘要： The subject matter disclosed herein provides methods and apparatus, including computer program products, for generating a list of object descriptions based on an object's relevance for documentation. In one aspect there is provided a method that may include accepting a setting for a filter and a setting for a flag of an object. The filter setting may represent a type of information to be included in a list of object descriptions. The flag setting may represent a category of documentation relevance for the object that may be stored in a repository. The method may include comparing the filter setting with the flag setting of the object, extracting the description of the object from the repository based on the comparing of the flag setting with the filter setting, and generating the list of object descriptions that includes a description of the object. Related systems, apparatus, methods, and/or articles are also described.

Financial reports on cost savings achieved by optimization and re-optimization of the travel plans by organization and its units are presented.

    摘要： Various embodiments of systems and methods for retrieving open purchase orders using an optimized search tool are described herein. The method involves rendering a set of search parameters on a graphical UI of a computer. In an aspect, the method further includes receiving data relating to at least a first search parameter of the set of search parameters. Further, the method includes determining that data relating to at least a second search parameter of the set of search parameters is unavailable and determining the data relating to the at least second search parameter based on extrapolating the data relating to the at least first search parameter. In an aspect, the method involves performing a search based on the data relating to the at least first search parameter and the at least second search parameter. Based on the performed search, one or more open purchase orders are retrieved for further processing.

A dialogue routine is implemented for initiating a dialogue-type communication that includes inputting and confirming data required for creating the follow-on data sets. The database is provided with a plurality of data sets and is capable of generating and displaying a list of data sets according to user-defined criteria. For a data set in the generated list that allows for the automatic creation of a follow-on data set, a related, configurable, user-activated control element is displayed. Upon user-activation, the control element, generates a control signal for initiating the automatic creation of the follow-on data set based on data derived from the selected data set and/or any data set associated with the selected data set. The newly created follow-on data set is then associated with the selected data set.

    摘要： A computer-implemented system for creating an electronic document is provided wherein the document is generated based on data added to an electronic form by a user through interaction with a computer. In one embodiment, the system is programmed to perform the steps of: (a) displaying a first screen view on a graphical output device, said first screen view including an entry area arranged to allow a user to enter through an input device one or more line item descriptors and one or more first data elements in association with each line item descriptor; (b) sending off every entered line item descriptor and every entered first data element for storage in a first database; (c) displaying a second screen view on a graphical output device, said second screen view including said form and being arranged to allow a user to add data to said form; (d) displaying in said second screen view one or more control elements each associated with a respective line item descriptor stored in said first database, each control element being configured to be activated through user operation of an input device; (e) upon activation of a control element by a user, submitting a request to said first database to read said one or more first data elements associated with said line item descriptor corresponding to said activated control element; and (f) adding data derived from said read one or more first data elements to said form.
