Abstract:
A half-mold for a corrugator for making pipes with transverse ribs. The half-mold comprises two sides located spaced apart from each other and a semi-cylindrical base surface linking the two sides. Directly mounted forming elements bent in the shape of a semicircle which define the outer surface of the pipe with transverse ribs are removably fixed on the base surface. The directly mounted forming elements bent in the shape of a semicircle are removably fixed with fixing elements on the half-mold.
Abstract:
The invention describes an apparatus for producing double-walled composite tubes which have an outer wall with wave peaks and wave valleys and a smooth inner wall. The apparatus (10) has two rows of shaping-jaw halves (12, 14) which, along a common shaping section, form a shaping tunnel (16) for producing the composite tube. At least one pair of the shaping-jaw halves (14) located opposite one another in the shaping section (16) has an inner contour (22) which forms a tube socket portion (50). The remaining shaping-jaw halves (12) are alternately designed with transverse grooves (18) and transverse fins (20). A sizing mandrel (24), with narrow vacuum grooves (26) formed spaced apart from one another in the axial direction on its outer lateral surface (28), projects into the shaping tunnel (16) for the smooth inner wall of the composite tube. A vacuum control valve device (30) is provided for the purpose of realizing defined closure and reopening of the vacuum grooves (26) which are in each case located in the tube socket portion (50) in steps with the aid of a drive device (38) and of flow-connecting them to a vacuum source (32).
Abstract:
An injection head (10) is described for a corrugator which is intended for the production of plastics pipes. The injection head (10) has a main head (12), a nozzle body (14) and a mouthpiece means (16) with at least one mouthpiece (32, 36). The main head (12) is embodied with first channels (50, 52) and the nozzle body (14) is embodied with second channels (58, 60) which are flow-connected to the first channels (50, 52). The/each mouthpiece (32, 36) has a central body (74, 76) and a sleeve body, (78, 80) surrounding said central body. On its lateral surface (82, 84) facing the sleeve body (78, 80), the central body (74, 76) is embodied with wound plastics distributor grooves (86, 88) which are flow-connected by means of connecting portions (114, 120) to a concentric annular groove (112, 116) which is formed on the reverse surface (90, 92) of the central body (74, 76) and into which the second channels (58, 60) of the nozzle body (14) discharge.
Abstract:
Proposed is a device for continuously producing seamless plastic tubes, wherein provided as a distributor element for the molten material to be fed to an annular gap is a distributor plate which is arranged within the cross-section of the mold cavity and in which the molten plastic material is passed to the peripheral surface of the distributor plate substantially radially with respect to the direction of production by way of distribution passages which branch tree-like, wherein the flow path of the molten plastic material is the same in each of the individual distribution passages between the entry opening and the peripheral surface
Abstract:
Described is an apparatus for the production of transversely ribbed tubes, having mold jaw halves which bear against each other along a common mold section with front faces and form therebetween a mold passage. Each mold jaw half has vacuum passages which are in flow communication with the mold passage. Each mold jaw half also has a cooling passage (22). The front faces of the mold jaw halves are formed with vacuum communication channels which, along the common mold section, form vacuum communication passages. The vacuum communication passages are in flow communication with a stationary vacuum rail, along the common mold section of the apparatus. Along the common mold section, the cooling passages of the mold jaw halves are in fluid communication with a stationary cooling agent rail which has a cooling agent feed means and a cooling agent discharge means.
Abstract:
There is described an apparatus (10) which is provided for the production of tubes with a transversely profiled wall. The apparatus (10) has shaping halves (16, 30) which move along two paths (14) closed in themselves and form a common shaping section (18) and two return sections (20). Provided at each of the two return sections (20) is a respective turning device (26) at which two shaping halves (16, 30) are disposed by means of a holding and release device (32). The one shaping half (30) has a socket contour in order to be able to produce transversely profiled tubes with sockets, with the apparatus (10).
Abstract:
An apparatus for producing thermoplastic corrugated pipes may include an extrusion device with an extruder and an extrusion die device and a corrugator device with traveling mold jaws. The extrusion device and the corrugator device are positionally movable in relation to one another, for example for adjustment. The extrusion device is positionally movable in relation to the corrugator device in a horizontal plane, while the corrugator device is movable exclusively in height here.
Abstract:
An apparatus for producing double-walled composite tubes, which have an outer wall with wave peaks and wave valleys and a smooth inner wall, includes two of rows first and second shaping-jaw halves which, along a common shaping section, form a shaping tunnel. The first shaping-jaw halves are located opposite each other in the shaping section and have an inner contour forming a tube socket portion. The second shaping-jaw halves, also located opposite each other, include transverse grooves alternating with transverse fins. A sizing mandrel, which defines narrow vacuum grooves spaced apart from one another in the axial direction on its outer lateral surface, projects into the shaping tunnel and forms the smooth inner wall of the composite tube. A vacuum control valve device provides for defined closure and reopening of the vacuum grooves when positioned in correspondence with the tube socket portion.
Abstract:
Described is an apparatus for the production of transversely ribbed tubes, having mold jaw halves which bear against each other along a common mold section and form a mold passage. Each mold jaw half has a cooling passage which is produced directly during the operation of casting the respective mold jaw half, for example by means of a so-called false casting core. The cooling passage extends in the corresponding mold jaw half from a first surface to a second surface so that said core can be easily removed from the casting of the mold jaw half. At the one surface, the cooling passage has a cooling agent feed means and, at a spacing therefrom, a cooling agent discharge means. The second surface which is at a distance therefrom is sealed off by means of a guide and slide element which is fixed to the corresponding mold jaw half.
