Abstract:
An arrangement for lifting and lowering a window, especially of a motor vehicle by means of an entrainment member adjustable along a guide rail; the ends of cable sections extending approximately parallel to the guide rail are secured at the entrainment member by squeeze nipples whose longitudinal axes extend at an obtuse angle to the cable sections coordinated thereto.
Abstract:
In a driving gear, a wheel is mounted on a supporting plate. The wheel has a rim with teeth on its inside surface and a pinion mounted on the supporting plate is in meshed engagement with the teeth. A housing, attached to the supporting plate, encloses the wheel. Entrainment surfaces on the outside circumference of the wheel engage an elongated power take-off member supported within and extending through the housing.
Abstract:
In a window lifter drive for motor vehicles a base member contains a cable drum to which a manual crank handle drive or a motor drive can be selectively secured. The base member includes a housing enclosing the cable driven with an opening on one side for a pinion on the crank handle drive. The housing has an opening on the opposite side for a driving claw part of the motor drive. Each of the pinion and the driving claw part can act directly on the cable drum.
Abstract:
A device for connecting at least one window lifter arm to a two-sided displaceable window pane in a motor vehicle. The device includes a profiled guiding section adapted to be fixed to one edge of such window pane, a slider slidably mounted in the profiled guiding section and adapted to be fixed to the at least one window lifter arm, at least two stops molded in the profiled guiding section for engaging said one edge of such window pane during assembly, at least two spaced apart clamping areas molded in the profiled guiding section and adapted to contact one side of the window pane, at least two separate clamping jaws supported on the profiled guiding section, each clamping jaw being associated with an opposing different one of said at least two clamping areas and being adapted to contact the other side of the window pane, at least two sets of supporting points being formed between each of the separate clamping jaws and the opposing clamping area, and tensioning means to tension the window pane between the at least two clamping areas and the associated at least two separate clamping jaws.
Abstract:
A housing for receiving a cable drum of an adjustment device for a motor vehicle includes a bearing point for rotatably mounting a cable drum, at least one wall encompassing the cable drum along the peripheral surface thereof when the cable drum is mounted in the housing, and a securing element arranged in a region of the wall of the housing and serving to secure a tractive device extending along the peripheral surface of a cable drum. The securing element is elastically configured and may be moved by deformation in the radial direction in relation to the bearing point.
Abstract:
A window driving assembly particularly for a motor vehicle having an elongated guide rail upon which a driven member having a windowpane supported thereon is mounted for sliding guided movement between two terminal positions. A cable extends from a cable drive mechanism over a pair of deflection pulleys located at opposite ends of the guided path of the driven member into engagement with opposite ends of the driven member. In order to extend the length of the path of movement of the driven member or to shorten the distance between the deflection pulleys, the cable is connected at runoff points at opposite ends of the drive member which, when the drive member is at a midway point in its path of travel, are farthest away from the deflection pulley to which they are connected.
Abstract:
A housing for receiving a cable drum of an adjustment device for a motor vehicle which comprises a peripheral surface with guide means for a tractive means encircling the cable drum. The housing comprises a bearing point for rotatably mounting a cable drum, at least one wall of the housing which encompasses the cable drum along the peripheral surface thereof when said cable drum is mounted in the housing, and a securing element which is arranged in the region of the wall of the housing and which serves to secure a tractive means, extending along the peripheral surface of a cable drum to be mounted in the housing. The securing element is elastically configured and may be moved by deformation in the radial direction in relation to the bearing point.
Abstract:
An arrangement for connecting a window regulator to a movable window of a motor vehicle, using a hole in the window, in which an external expandable or spreadable insertion part rests, whose length corresponds essentially to the thickness of the window, and an internal insertion part connected with a basic part. The internal part can act on the external insertion part by expanding or spreading, whereby a tension- and/or form-fitting engagement with the contour of the hole in the window is produced, and is characterized in that the external insertion part has a slot-shaped opening, in which the internal insertion part rests movably in the assembly position at least until the internal insertion part is braced with the external insertion part.
