    摘要: A kit for articulated connection between dividing panels having a pair of male pieces with a coupling protrusion; and a pair of female pieces with a coupling hole, the protrusions engage the holes when relative vertical movement between the pair of male and female pieces is produced when fixed to the panels. One of the first or second pair of pieces is configured with a depression such that the coupling protrusion or the coupling hole is arranged in the groove. The kit includes an auxiliary piece with a retaining pin actuatable with a lever and with an angled end, fixable to the lateral wing of one of the male pieces, the pin remaining parallel to the lateral wing and outside the panel. Regulated by the lever, the angled retaining end of the pin can be arranged in at least two positions: a release position and a locking position.

    摘要: A window operator mountable on the frame of window having a hinged movable sash including a drive assembly for positioning the movable sash and a separately installable drive shaft for operating the drive assembly. The drive assembly includes a drive chain coupled to the movable sash of the window that extends and retracts to position the movable sash. The drive assembly can be mounted to the frame first without the drive shaft. After the window is installed, the drive shaft can be then inserted into the drive assembly and used to extend and retract the drive chain and move the movable sash. The window operator includes a drive shaft retention assembly for receiving and retaining the drive shaft once the drive shaft is inserted into the drive assembly.

In the case of the automatic operating request, the automatic sliding door controller is configured so that an automatic opening and closing determination process determines whether a request is an opening operating request or a closing operating request based on the detection of door state detection section, and an opening and closing process is then executed by operating the opening and closing driving mechanism based on the determination.

These six inch thick, exterior mounted, Window Enclosure panels are designed to close securely with their insulated frame in order to optimize energy efficiency, and achieve unprecedented building security. These fully automated panels can be programmed to close from dusk to dawn for example, or when the building is expected to be unoccupied—away at work, on vacation, etc. And security cameras and other devices are readily integrated, permitting the panels to respond to weather and security events when nobody's home, such as perimeter intrusion, barometric anomalies, target temperatures (beneficial or adverse), etc. As well, most models act as an awning in the raised position, and can be quickly adjusted to shield direct sunlight, or to fully harvest it, naturally.

    摘要: A door-stop device for a door hingedly set in a doorframe and equipped with a door handle assembly rotatable between a first, untensioned position and a second, tensioned position, including: (a) an obstruction assembly; (b) an extension arm having a first and second ends, the first end connected to the obstruction assembly, and (c) a securing mechanism, connected to the second end of the extension arm, and including a collar adapted, in a relaxed position, to partially encompass a rotatable portion of the door handle assembly, the collar associated with first and second tabs having first and second openings, the openings adapted to receive a closure member therethrough, wherein, when the securing mechanism is secured to the door handle assembly, and the door is set within the doorframe, the obstruction assembly is adapted to rotate in direct relation to a rotation of the door handle assembly between the first and second positions; the extension arm and the obstruction assembly are adapted whereby, when the door is closed, and the door handle assembly is disposed in the untensioned position, the obstruction assembly is urged against the doorjamb; the extension arm and the obstruction assembly are adapted whereby, when the door handle assembly is disposed in the tensioned position, the obstruction assembly is clear of the doorframe; and the extension arm and the obstruction assembly are adapted whereby, when the door is open with respect to the doorframe, and the door handle assembly is disposed in the untensioned position, a portion of the obstruction assembly is interposed between the door and the doorframe to inhibit the door from closing against the doorframe.

In one embodiment, piezoelectric devices, or other types of energy generating devices, are provided in the seat of the vehicle that generate electricity from the weight and movement of a person sitting in the seat that is collected by a suitable electrical storage device. The electrical storage device provides power to a power port in the vehicle so that various devices can be plugged into the power port to be operated. In alternate embodiments, the energy is collected outside of the vehicle by human activity, and the storage device is brought into the vehicle to be plugged into the power port.

    摘要: A barrier operating system having a diagnostic performance feature includes a motorized barrier movable between limit positions and a counterbalance system coupled to the barrier. A disconnect mechanism may be interposed between the motor and the counterbalance system so that the barrier can be moved manually without assistance from the motor. A position detection device is coupled to either the barrier or the counterbalance system and generates a barrier position signal. One of the motor and the position detection device generates operational parameter values for the barrier moving in either direction. A controller receives the operational parameter values and the barrier position signal, and as the barrier is manually moved, the controller compares operational parameter values for each direction of movement at a given position and generates a diagnostic signal based upon the comparison.

    摘要: A vehicle hand tool and method of use for opening and closing a vehicle door and performing various additional functions. The hand tool includes a hand gripper, a first rod and a second rod. The first rod includes a first end and a second end and the first end is fixed to the hand gripper. The second rod includes a third end and a fourth end and is movably mounted to the first rod. The second rod is movable from a storage position wherein the fourth end is adjacent the first rod and an extended position wherein the fourth end is spaced from the first rod. An attachment mechanism is mounted to the fourth end and a tool is removably mountable to the attachment mechanism. A release button is mounted to the hand gripper or the first rod and is movable to secure or release the vehicle hand tool from the storage position.
