摘要： A dustpan includes an open-front receptacle, at least one elongated rail on the receptacle, an elongated handle having a coupling portion, and a coupling mechanism slidably coupled to the at least one rail and pivotally coupled to the coupling portion of the handle so that the handle is both slidably and pivotally moveable relative to the receptacle between use and storage positions. A broom includes an elongated second handle and a head carrying set of bristles, the head having a housing with curved side portions shaped and dimensioned to respectively nest in recesses in the dustpan handle in a stowed condition clipped to the dustpan handle in such a way that it does not interfere with the pivoting and sliding movement of the dustpan handle. The dustpan receptacle can be stood on its flat rear end wall with the stowed broom received therein.

摘要： A flexible chair having a seat bottom supported by a seat frame, a seat back having a lower portion thereof rotatably attached to the seat frame, and a back frame rotatably attached to an upper portion of the seat back. The back frame includes a pair of lower ends that are each slidably engaged with the seat frame or the seat bottom. A support post is attached to and supports the back frame. A pair of springs apply a bias force between the lower ends and the seat frame or the seat bottom. As a user sits on the seat bottom and leans back against the seat back, the seat back pivots and the seat bottom slides forward. Alternately, a link member can be used between the seat bottom or seat frame, and the post, to lift the seat bottom as it moves forward.

摘要： A measuring cup with a base, opposed side walls, a rear wall and a higher in elevation front wall. Quantity markings are provided. The front wall has an outwardly extending lip. With the lip on a table top, the front wall slants downwardly from the lip to thereby maintain foodstuff therein. A cover seals the measuring cup. It has a flat section about the dimensions of the base so that a second measuring cup can be stacked on the cover of the first. A cutting board is provided with a bevel or undercut edge for mating engagement with the lip of the measuring cup to allow easy transfer of cut foodstuff from the cutting board and into the measuring cup.

A brake button movably disposed in a cover of the spinning device includes flexible pinching arms having cam surfaces. The cam surfaces of the flexible pinching arms extend through a guide aperture, thereby causing the pinching arms to flex toward each other when the brake button is depressed and to apply the frictional engagement to the annular ridge.
