摘要： An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes a first electrode, an organic emission layer positioned on the first electrode, and a second electrode positioned on the organic emission layer. The OLED display includes a substrate, a thin film transistor including an active layer positioned on the substrate, a gate electrode positioned on the active layer and formed with the same layer as the first electrode, and a source electrode and a drain electrode positioned on the gate electrode and connected to the active layer, a pixel defining layer positioned between the source electrode and the drain electrode, and the second electrode, the pixel defining layer including a pixel opening exposing the first electrode and a pin hole opening exposing at least one of the source electrode and the drain electrode; and a coated portion filling the pin hole opening.

摘要： A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device is disclosed. The method includes: uniformly forming an active layer on an entire surface of a substrate on which an organic light-emitting diode, a thin film transistor (TFT), and a capacitor are to be formed; performing a first mask process on the active layer to form a pixel electrode of the organic light-emitting diode, a gate electrode of the TFT, and an upper electrode of the capacitor; performing a second mask process to form an insulating layer having openings that expose the pixel electrode, the upper electrode, and the active layer in a region of the TFT; performing a third mask process to form a source-drain electrode that contacts an exposed portion of the active layer; and performing a fourth mask process to form a pixel-defining layer (PDL) that exposes the pixel electrode and covers the TFT and the capacitor.

摘要： A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode, a first transistor that is connected to a first power source and that supplies a driving current according to a corresponding data voltage to the organic light emitting diode, a second transistor that is connected to a scan line and that transmits the corresponding data voltage from a data line to a driving transistor according to a scan signal transmitted from the scan line, and a first capacitor including one electrode connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor. The first capacitor stores the corresponding data voltage as a first voltage and a size of the first capacitor is in a range of about 2 times to about 4 times a size of a gate insulating layer of the first transistor.
