    摘要: The invention relates to a high-pressure pump for a fuel system of an internal combustion engine, having at least one inlet valve device with a valve element, a valve seat for the valve element, and an actuating tappet which can positively push the valve element in an opening direction. In order to create a high-pressure pump for a fuel system of an internal combustion engine which can be produced even more cost-effectively and which has a lower level of wear and therefore a longer service life, it is proposed that the valve element have a positioning mechanism which centers the valve element on the valve seat when the valve element comes into contact or is in contact with the valve seat.

The valve cartridge includes a capsule, a valve insert connected to the capsule and an armature that is mobile in the capsule. The armature includes a tappet having a first closing element. A magnetic force produced by the magnetic assembly displaces the armature towards the valve insert. As a result, the first closing element sealingly plunges into a main valve seat. The invention is provided with a valve sleeve which is placed on the valve insert in which the main valve seat is formed.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a high-pressure-tight connection between a pole core and a valve sleeve of a solenoid valve and to an associated valve cartridge for a solenoid valve. According to the invention, the pole core is placed in a two-part compression mold, which comprises a middle die and an outer die, in such a way that a joining gap is produced between an inner bore of the outer die and the placed-in pole core. Subsequently, the pole core is placed against the valve sleeve and the valve sleeve is inserted into the joining gap. Then, the middle die and the outer die are pressed simultaneously with the pole core such that the valve sleeve passes into the joining gap. When a pressed diameter of the pole core is reached, the valve sleeve expands and is shaped in the joining gap between a first shaping edge and a second shaping edge and is joined onto the pole core. The diameter of the inner bore tapers between the first shaping edge and the second shaping edge. Application of further force by the outer die allows the pole core to be pressed deeper into the valve sleeve, in order to carry out a desired stroke setting for the movement of an armature by performing the further shaping of the valve sleeve.

For preventing wheel slip, the pressure generator is connected by its intake side to an intake conduit, among other things, that is controllable by an intake valve. To enhance the dynamics and improve the regulatability of a vehicle brake system, a self-aspirating pressure fluid storage unit is connected to the intake conduit and makes an aspiration volume available to the pressure generator.

    摘要: A barrier valve including an armature, longitudinally movable toward a pole core by excitation of an electrical winding. A prestressed compression spring in a longitudinal bore of the armature, as well as a support body, loaded by the compression spring, that is braced on a shoulder of the bore. The barrier valve furthermore has a tappet, which engages the support body and is movable relative to the armature and carries a closing body of a seat valve. When the winding is excited, the closing body is movable, overcoming the valve stroke, toward a valve seat of the seat valve. When the winding is excited, the closing body can be lifted from the valve seat by hydraulic forces acting on the closing body toward the valve seat, counter to the spring force of the compression spring in the armature. The stroke of the tappet relative to the armature engaging the pole core is limited to an amount less than the valve stroke. The barrier valve can be used in slip-controlled hydraulic brake systems and is distinguished by low noise when the pressure limiting function becomes operative.
