    摘要: A fitting to be connected to a pipe includes: a first member; a second member coupled by screw coupling with the first member; and a ferrule placed in an accommodation space formed by an inner circumferential surface of the first member, an inner circumferential surface of the second member, and an outer circumferential surface of the pipe. The ferrule has a rising portion including a first end portion, a pressed portion located closer to a second end portion than the rising portion, and an intermediate portion including a portion where an inner diameter is greater than the first end portion and the second end portion, the intermediate portion connecting together the rising portion and the pressed portion. The first member has a first tapered inner circumferential surface, which is an inner circumferential surface having a tapered shape, to be in contact with the first end portion of the ferrule. The second member has a pressing portion for pressing at least a portion of the pressed portion of the ferrule. The accommodation space has a first clearance space for accommodating the ferrule therein and allowing the rising portion to rise so as to increase an angle of the rising portion with respect to the outer circumferential surface of the pipe.

    摘要: According to a method for forming an elliptical hollow cylinder, part of the elliptical hollow cylinder is formed into a circular hollow cylindrical shape by spinning. The forming method includes a first forming process for forming the part of the elliptical hollow cylinder into a circular hollow cylindrical shape by using an inside roller, and a second forming process for reducing a diameter of the part formed into the circular hollow cylindrical shape in the first forming process by using an outside roller. According to the forming method, it becomes possible to shorten time required for forming the part of the elliptical hollow cylinder into a circular hollow cylindrical shape by spinning.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a swaging die holder for the flexible shaft operations. In the preferred embodiment, the swaging die holder comprises of an elliptical die holder slot, a stress relief slot, a radius curve, a recess and an insert. The die holder slot at top of the die holder allows each die holder to mount to the machine. The insert is adapted through the recess at the bottom of each die holder and designed to produce the different output profiles at the end of the flexible shaft. The insert is made of HSS material with cobalt content to achieve optimal life. The insert is further re-grinded or re-sharpened for same or other profile applications of the flexible shaft.

The opening has a first state and a second state, the opening in the first state having a first diameter dimensioned to receive the prosthetic valve in an expanded or partially crimped configuration therein, and the opening in the second state having a second diameter dimensioned to receive the prosthetic valve in a crimped configuration. The coiled wire frame has a first end coupled to a first member and a second end coupled to a second member. The first member is movable relative to the second member to convert the coiled wire frame from the first state to the second state.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing an integrated aluminum alloy bicycle front fork is revealed. Aluminum alloy is extruded to form substrate having three rectangular bars. Cut the substrate to get a blank. The blank is set into a mold for forging the three rectangular bars into three round bars. Then burr and waste material are removed. Next the blank is set into another mold for extruding the three round bars and the three round bars are punched to have guide holes. The round bars are drilled along the guide holes and penetrated to form round tubes. A tube opening of two round tubes is flattened and narrowed. Then the two round tubes are bent downward to form fork tubes of a front fork. The rest tube forms a front fork stem. Thereby an integrated light weighted front fork with good structural strength and beautiful appearance is produced.
