摘要: Composition for use in a water tank in the kitchen or sanitary sector, characterized by a basic composition essentially evolving its function following addition to a first water filling of the water tank, in the form of a tablet and at least one particle, with at least one core, which comprises at least one substance evolving its function essentially following an at least partial emptying of the first water filling from the water tank and the inflow of fresh water and a covering substantially completely surrounding the core or cores comprising at least one compound, whose solubility increases with decreasing concentration of a specific ion in the surrounding medium, the at least one particle being so arranged in or on the tablet that the surface of the particle or particles is at most only partly in direct contact with the surface of the basic composition surrounding the same and the concentration of the specific ion in the local environment of the particle or particles is sufficiently high up to a substantially complete dissolving of the tablet in order to prevent a substantial dissolving of the covering or a substantial detachment of the covering from the core or cores.

摘要: A description is provided of a method for extraction of D-galactose, with the following steps: provision of an aqueous solution or suspension of galactoarabinan, wherein the aqueous solution or phase has a pH of less than or equal to 3; heating of the solution or suspension to a temperature in the range from 80 to 160° C. and maintaining it at this temperature for a period in the range from 1 to 40 hours; separation of the D-galactose formed, possibly in a mixture with other substances, from the resultant product mixture.

摘要: O/W-emulsifiers are described, comprising: (a) 30-50% by weight of hardened palm oil glycerides; (b) 15-35% by weight of potassium cetyl phosphates; (c) 20-30% by weight of cetyl alcohol, and (d) 5-15% by weight of potassium phosphate, in each case with respect to the total mass of the emulsifier. Further described are corresponding O/W-emulsions, comprising an aqueous phase, an oil phase dispersed in the aqueous phase and between 0.25 and 15% by weight of the abovementioned O/W-emulsifier. Finally, also described are methods for manufacturing such an O/W-emulsion.

摘要: A detergent for glass-ceramic surfaces has a certain abrasive agent content and a pH value lower than about 6. The abrasive agent contains particles of an organic material, preferably in an amount of at least about 20% of the abrasive agent, and more preferably substantially the entire abrasive agent. The organic material may be a polyolefin or polyurethane, for example, and may be predominantly present as particles with a particle size in the range of about 10 to 1000 &mgr;m. The abrasive agent may also include mineral particles.
