摘要： Novel compounds, viz. 3-(2,2,2-trisubstituted hydrazinium) propionates have the following general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are an alkyl, a substituted alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl, an aralkyl or an unsaturated alkyl;R.sup.4, R.sup.5 are hydrogen or a lower alkyl; n is 0 to 2, except for the case where R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are methyl, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are not hydrogen.The compounds of the present invention possess both hypotensive and antiarrhythmic activity and are useful in medicine.
