Abstract: A machine for manufacturing adhesive binder covers is provided with a pair of off-set magazine rolls of two strips of non-adhesive material. The rolls are separated so the strips are supplied with a gap between them. A roll of adhesive strip is positioned in alignment with the gap. A pulling deflector roller having a plurality of separate contact members, preferably point contact members, is provided for pulling the adhesive strip from its roll. At least one pair of pressure rollers is provided downstream from the pulling deflector roller. A cutting device is arranged downstream from the pressure rollers.

Abstract: Adhesive binding folder for binding loose sheets with two outside enclosing covers, joined to each other by a back strip which carries a double self adhesive layer against which the narrow rear edges of the bound inner sheets are positioned. The layer includes a removable strip to expose the adhesive and thereby adhere to the sheets. An inner protective sheet for the purpose of attachment penetrates with a narrow margin into the contact interface of the self adhesive layer. Said sheet serves to cover the self-adhesive layer laid bare by pulling out individual sheets.

Abstract: Box formed from a folded blank, in particular for document filing. The box has a bottom, two side walls and at least one end side wall and has means for keeping the box erected, i.e. maintain the general shape of the box when folded for use and prevent its collapse. The box may have a bottom with, on the interior side, a pair of slotted flaps adapted to engage, within the box, a separator with a pair of lugs adapted to be engaged by a pair of slots. The box may have also an inwardly folded tab having laterally directed tongues retained between foldlines of the sidewalls and end side wall. The tab can be used for gripping below supporting rails.

Abstract: The invention relates to index tabs which are constructed of self adhesive sheet material protected by a backing sheet. The index tab comprises a larger label portion cut from the adhesive sheet and a smaller index portion cut from the backing sheet.
