摘要: Enzymes are disclosed that have anti-pilling properties and may be used in washing or cleaning agents. A washing or cleaning agent, in particular a liquid detergent, may include a cutinase. A method for cleaning textiles using such a washing or cleaning agent may be useful for removal of soiling, for reducing the pilling effects on textiles, for improving the anti-greying effects, for improving the cleaning performance of such a washing or cleaning agent, and combinations thereof. The cutinase may have at least 65% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1 over the entire length thereof and have at least one or more amino acid substitutions at positions 61, 63, 66, 89, 90, 92, 155, 177, 208 and 211.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a textile detergent having at least one protease and a detergent ingredient for cleaning textiles by removing protease-sensitive stains. The protease may have proteolytic activity and include an amino acid sequence having at least 70% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence given in SEQ ID NO:1 over its entire length and, in each case based on the numbering according to SEQ ID NO:1. The protease may have amino acid substitutions at the positions corresponding to positions 3, 4, 99, or 199; and at least one additional amino acid substitution at at least one of the positions corresponding to positions 74, 136, 143, 154, 161, 163, 171, 200, 203, 209, 212 or 256. The textile detergent may have a pH ranging from approximately 9 to approximately 12, measured in a 1 wt. % solution in deionized water at 20° C.

摘要: The present invention relates to cleaning compositions comprising at least one lipolytic enzyme, more particularly at least one lipolytic enzyme that has improved stability and/or improved hydrolytic activity on a polyester. In this respect, the present invention relates to cleaning compositions comprising at least one lipolytic enzyme having polyesterase activity. The cleaning compositions described herein are suitable for use in cleaning processes and include detergent compositions, such as laundry detergent compositions, in particular liquid laundry detergent compositions. The present invention further relates to a method for cleaning textiles and to the use of the cleaning composition according to the invention for removing stains. Furthermore, the invention is directed to the use of a lipolytic enzyme having polyesterase activity to reduce pilling effects and prevent graying in an agent.
