    Abstract: A flexible plastic sheet made from a mineral/polymer compound mixture. The mineral/polymer compound mixture including a mineral component comprising 25%-75% by weight of the mixture and a polymer component comprising 75%-25% by weight of the mixture. The flexible plastic sheet defines a micro porous closed cell structure including a plurality of microscopic voids created during a simultaneous cooling and cavitation inducing process to produce the flexible plastic sheet.
