    Abstract: In some examples, a power adapter for sharing redundant power comprises a primary power input; a redundant power input; a redundant power supply identification signal (RPS ID) input; and a controller coupled to the RPS ID input. The controller is to direct power from the primary power input to an electronic device; direct power from the redundant power input to the electronic device, to another power adapter, or both; modify an RPS ID from the RPS ID input in response to directing power from the redundant power input to the electronic device; and output the modified RPS ID to the another power adapter.

    Abstract: A power monitoring adapter may include a plurality of power supply unit (PSU) inputs to couple a plurality of PSUs to the power monitoring adapter. The power monitoring adapter may also include a power output to electrically couple the power monitoring adapter to a powered system. The power output includes a voltage line, and a ground. Further, the power monitoring adapter may include a side band interface to couple to the powered system. The side band interface communicates status data of the number of PSUs coupled to the power monitoring adapter.

    Abstract: In example implementations, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a plurality of power inputs, a plurality of power outputs, a power management component, and a power source capability information translation component. The plurality of power inputs is coupled to power sources. The plurality of power outputs is coupled to electronic devices. The power management component is coupled to the plurality of power inputs and the plurality of power outputs to manage deliver of power. The power source capability information translation component is coupled to the power management component and an external source that provides a power source capability information of a power source connected to a power input of the plurality of power inputs. The power management component delivers the power from the power source to a power output of the plurality of power outputs in accordance with the power source capability information received from the external source.

The adaptable connector for a PCIe interface allows for multiple standard PCIe modules and non-standard PCIe modules at different times An external I/O port has a set of non-PCIe I/O signal lanes coupled to the adaptable connector in lieu of a set of root port host PCIe signal lanes when a non-standard PCIe module is mated to the adaptable connector.
