    摘要: A power supply system for a vehicle includes a management ECU that controls output power of first and second batteries in a normal mode or an output priority mode, a first cooler that cools the first battery, a second cooler that cools the second battery, and a cooling circuit ECU that controls first and second cooling output of the coolers. In a case where an operation mode of the management ECU is the output priority mode and the first battery has a cooling remaining-capacity, the cooling circuit ECU increases the first cooling output as compared with a case where the operation mode is the normal mode. In a case where the operation mode is the output priority mode and the second battery has a cooling remaining-capacity, the cooling circuit ECU increases the second cooling output as compared with the case where the operation mode is the normal mode.

    摘要: A power supply system includes: a voltage converter that converts a voltage between first and second power circuits; a power controller that controls charging and discharging of first and second batteries; a cooling output controller that controls cooling output for the second battery; a temperature remaining-capacity acquirer that acquires a temperature remaining-capacity T2_mar; and a cooling remaining-capacity acquirer that acquires a cooling remaining-capacity PC2_mar depending on a difference between maximum cooling output and the cooling output of the second cooler. The power controller is configured to stop the voltage converter in a case where at least one of the temperature remaining-capacity T2_mar and the cooling remaining-capacity PC2_mar is less than an associated one of a threshold value for the temperature remaining-capacity and a threshold value for the cooling remaining-capacity and a potential difference between the first and second batteries is equal to or more than a potential difference threshold value.

    摘要: A power supply system 1 includes: first power lines (21p, 21n) to which a first battery (B1) is connected; second power lines (31p, 31n) to which a second battery (B2) is connected; a voltage converter (5) which converts voltage; a power converter which converts electric power; a management ECU (71) and converter ECU (73) which operates the voltage converter (5); a smoothing capacitor connected to the first power lines (21p, 21n); and a motor ECU (72) which executes system interruption processing of determining the existence of failure of the contactors (22m, 22s, 32m, 32s) based on a change in voltage of the smoothing capacitor. The management ECU (71) and converter ECU (73) operate the voltage converter (5) so that a state in which the static voltage of the first battery (B1) is higher by at least the determination potential difference than the static voltage of the second battery (B2).

The power controller is configured to: after a start of operation, execute a power pass control under which power is transferred between the first and second batteries, until a total output upper limit Ptot_max of all the batteries exceeds a travelable threshold value Pready1; and subsequent to the power pass control, execute a second priority control under which the second battery is discharged in preference to the first battery, until a first output upper limit P1_max of the first battery exceeds a margin traveling threshold value Pready2.

The electric vehicle includes: an intake port introducing air in a passenger compartment into the storage space; and an exhaust port exhausting air having been heat-exchanged with the power storage device in the storage space into the passenger compartment. The exhaust port is composed of the floor member and the cover member.
