The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a processing method for minimization of drive tests, a network device, and a communications system. The method includes: obtaining, by a first network device, a virtual identity, where the virtual identity is corresponding to a real identity of a terminal; and sending, by the first network device, the virtual identity of the terminal performing minimization of drive tests and minimization of drive tests information, where the minimization of drive tests information includes at least one of a minimization of drive tests result and a trace recording session reference. According to the present invention, some measurement results can be mapped to same UE without exposing user privacy.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method and an apparatus for coordinating a network. The method includes: receiving or monitoring network information; determining, according to the network information, whether a network operation needs to be coordinated; and coordinating the network operation if determining, according to the network information, that the network operation needs to be coordinated. The apparatus provided in embodiments of the present invention includes: a network information acquiring unit, a coordination determining unit and a coordinating unit. The method and the apparatus for coordinating the network provided in embodiments of the present invention can reduce the probability of occurrence of various network problems due to that a network operation is fixed or is preset by an operator, so that the network operation can achieve an expected network objective, thereby reducing maintenance cost of the operator.

The present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus for associating reports, and relates to the field of radio communications, which are used to solve the problem in the prior art that an analysis and location result is not precise enough because information of an RLF report and an MDT measurement report of a UE cannot be fully applied in analysis and location of a radio link problem on a network. The method for associating reports includes: sending, by a base station, to a UE that executes an MDT job an identifier allocated to the UE; receiving, by the base station, an RLF report of the UE, where the RLF report includes the identifier; and associating, by the base station, the RLF report of the UE with an MDT measurement report that includes the identifier.

An embodiment of the present invention discloses a resource operation method and an apparatus thereof. The method includes: determining whether a conflict exists in the two operations; and if a conflict exists in two operations, implementing conflict coordination on execution of the two operations; wherein one of the two operations is a first operation on a first resource, and the other one of the two operations is a second operation on the first resource or a third operation on a related resource of the first resource. Through the present invention, a possible operation conflict can be discovered in a timely manner during an operation on a resource, thereby avoiding the operation conflict.
Abstract:
This application provides a virtual network policy configuration method and system, and a virtual network element and a network administration system thereof. The virtual network element includes: a receiving module, configured to receive policy configuration information; and a processing module, configured to perform service control according to the policy configuration information received by the receiving module. Different virtual network elements in this application can receive specific policy configuration information and perform separate configuration, so as to resolve a technical problem that in the prior art, when virtualized deployment is performed, a system needs to perform unified and coordinated processing on all virtual network elements, resulting in low efficiency and slow deployment. In this application, a system resource is allocated and used more properly, and additionally a specific configuration catalog is refined by using policy configuration information.

The present invention relates to a network sharing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a network element obtaining configuration information of resource sharing, the configuration information comprising: configuring a sharing type of a shared resource of the network element, configuring division of a share of the shared resource of the network element, and configuring a sharing party corresponding to the share of the shared resource of the network element; and the network element controlling the shared resource of the network element according to the configuration information. By means of the present invention, a share of a shared resource of a network element can be configured, and a carrier or a PLMN or a user equipment in a shared network can be accurately controlled.

The present invention discloses a cell management method and a base station. The method includes: obtaining, by a base station, configuration information, where the configuration information includes information about at least two cells, the first cell and the second cell belong to different public land mobile networks PLMNs or are managed by different network element management systems; and managing, by the base station, the at least two cells according to the configuration information. According to the present invention, it can implement collaborative management of cells that are in different PLMNs or different network element management systems under a shared base station.

In embodiments of the present invention, check on user consent is implemented in a network detection process, thereby avoiding a case that a user equipment is forced to report personal information without permission of the user and improving the user experience.

The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for managing network sharing, where the method includes: acquiring, by an access network element, information about occupation of a resource of an access network element by a network sharing party; and reporting, by the access network element, the occupation information to a core network device, where the occupation information is used by the core network device to charge a user equipment UE that accesses the access network element. By acquiring and reporting information about occupation of a resource of an access network element by a network sharing party, the present invention enables a core network device such as a charging system to perform accurate charging according to the information about occupation of the resource of the access network element by the network sharing party.
