Abstract:
Embodiments provide a power adjustment method and an access network device, and the embodiments relate to the field of communication technologies. A target power increase value is adaptively determined based on a target key characteristic of a target cell, so that a cell coverage loss and a cell capacity loss caused by channel shutdown are compensated for, and a good energy-saving effect is obtained. The access network device blocks transmit channels that are of some of a plurality of antennas and that correspond to the target cell. Then, the access network device obtains the target key characteristic of the target cell, and determines the target power increase value based on the target key characteristic. The access network device increases, based on the target power increase value, transmit power of the access network device corresponding to the target cell or a target user.

A display method and apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: joining, by a first device, a device group, where the device group includes N devices, any two devices in the N devices can communicate with each other, and N≥2; receiving, by the first device, a first selection operation entered by a user, where the first selection operation is used to trigger the first device to communicate with a second device in the device group; sending, by the first device, a first screen projection request to the second device in response to the first selection operation, where the first screen projection request is used to request to project a display interface of the second device onto a display screen of the first device; receiving display data in the display interface of the second device that is sent by the second device; and displaying based on the display data.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an system for managing radio resources, a radio network controller, and a base station. The method for managing radio resources mainly includes: acquiring respective resources occupied by at least two types of bearers in a cell; comparing the acquired respective resources occupied by the at least two types of bearers; and reducing a congestion threshold of the cell and/or reducing a service rate of the bearer with a low bearer level when it is determined that quality of service (QoS) of the services of different bearers is unfair. The method and the apparatus for managing radio resources, and the radio network controller in the embodiments of the present invention may improve QoS fairness of services of different bearers, thereby preferably implementing management of radio resources.

A physical layer chip of a first physical port of a network device receives a packet and sends a first time stamp and the packet to a Media Access Control (MAC) chip of the first physical port. The MAC chip of the first physical port adds the first time stamp to the packet and sends the packet. A MAC chip of a second physical port receives the packet, extracts the first time stamp of the packet, and sends the packet to a physical layer chip of the second physical port. The MAC chip of the second physical port receives a second time stamp of the packet. The network device calculates a processing delay for the packet. The processing delay is a value obtained by subtracting the first time stamp from the second time stamp.
