    Abstract: A signal resource configuration method, a terminal, and an access network device to reduce impact on an existing standard and save Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) resources. The method includes obtaining, by the access network device, a 2N-port CSI-RS resource sequence number, and sending, by the access network device, the 2N-port CSI-RS resource sequence number to a terminal device, where the 2N-port CSI-RS resource sequence number notifies the terminal device of an N-port CSI-RS resource in two adjacent physical resource blocks (PRBs), and N is a positive integer.

    Abstract: A sounding reference signal sending method and user equipment are disclosed. The method includes the following steps: receiving a configuration parameter of a sounding reference signal SRS, and determining, based on the configuration parameter, a time-frequency resource occupied by the SRS, where the configuration parameter includes a trigger type, a period parameter, and a time-frequency resource location identifier; obtaining a power control parameter of the SRS, and calculating, based on the power control parameter and a preset calculation formula, a transmit power for sending the SRS; and sending the SRS on the time-frequency resource at the transmit power. The trigger type includes beamforming and non-beamforming. The period parameter is an identifier used to indicate that the SRS is sent periodically or aperiodically.

    Abstract: The application relates to a route delivery method and device. A location information of user equipment UE is received by a control plane network element device. A client IP address used by the control plane network element device to access a third-party server is determined based on the location information by the control plane network element device. An access request message is sent by the control plane network element device to the third-party server carrying the client IP address. A UE IP address assigned by the third-party server to the UE based on the client IP address is received by the control plane network element device. A user plane network element device configured to deliver a route to the UE is determined based on the UE IP address and the location information by the control plane network element device.

    Abstract: A reference signal transmission method and a related device and system are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by a first base station, at least one target subframe on a target frequency band, where the target frequency band is a frequency band whose uplink and downlink transmission directions are configurable, and uplink-downlink timeslot configurations and/or transmission directions of the first base station and a neighboring second base station in the at least one target subframe are different; and sending, by the first base station, a first reference signal to first user equipment UE in the at least one target subframe, where the first UE is UE served by the first base station. When embodiments of the present invention are implemented, a reference signal can be transmitted on a flexible frequency band, thereby effectively reducing interference between reference signals between neighboring cells in a flexible duplex system.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for determining a transmission rate supported by a data stream, user equipment, and a base station. The method includes: determining, by user equipment UE, a first index corresponding to an average transmission rate supported by a channel between the UE and the base station; determining, by the UE, a second index corresponding to a difference between an instantaneous transmission rate supported by a data stream on the channel and an average transmission rate supported by the data stream on the channel; sending, by the UE, the first index to the base station; and sending, by the UE, the second index to the base station. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the instantaneous transmission rate supported by the data stream on the channel can be relatively accurately fed back to the base station, thereby improving channel resource utilization.
