A communication method and apparatus are provided. A first network element receives a policy creation request from a second network element, wherein a type of a policy requested to be created includes an intent policy or a non-intent policy; and sends a policy processing request to a third network element, wherein the policy processing request includes a policy type identifier, and the policy type identifier indicates that the policy is the intent policy or the non-intent policy. According to the present disclosure, policy execution reliability is improved.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for obtaining a video quality parameter and an electronic device. The method includes dividing a target video segment into at least one video subsegment, where duration of every video subsegment is at least time perceivable by human eyes; obtaining a video quality parameter of the video subsegment; and processing the video quality parameter of the video subsegment, and obtaining a video quality parameter of the target video segment.

The present disclosure relates to intent execution methods and apparatus. In one example method, an element management system (EMS) receives a first intent from a network management system (NMS). The first intent indicates the EMS to execute a first command on a first network element and execute a second command on a second network element, a second intent in an active state is maintained in the EMS, the second intent indicates the EMS to execute a third command on the first network element, and the first command and the third command are mutually exclusive. The EMS receives a first parameter and conflict policy information. The EMS determines whether to execute the second command on the second network element, and executes the first command or the third command on the first network element based on the conflict policy information.

The present invention discloses a quality of service QoS improvement method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: acquiring, by a web real-time communication WebRtc server and/or a QoS decision network element, IP addresses and service port numbers of both parties of user equipments that perform audio and video communication; and forming, by the QoS decision network element, a parameter according to the IP addresses and the service port numbers of the both parties of the user equipments, and sending a QoS improvement request to a policy and charging control entity PCRF.

Various embodiments provide a data analysis apparatus, system, and method. The data analysis apparatus may collect data of a network node in a mobile access network, and then perform data analysis and adjust a configuration parameter of the network node, to implement targeted data analysis and parameter adjustment for the network node, so that a speed of data analysis and configuration parameter adjustment can be improved. In addition, modules of the data analysis apparatus may run in parallel, so that the speed of data analysis and configuration parameter adjustment can be further improved.

The reverse powering equipment can prevent the user terminal from being damaged.

The present disclosure discloses an address assignment method, a gateway, and a system. The method includes: obtaining, by a control network element, first weight information of a first distributed gateway DGW, and assigning a first address segment to the first DGW according to the first weight information; and sending, by the control network element, address segment information of the first address segment to the first DGW. Proper address segment assignment is implemented, and address resource utilization is improved.
