Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A terminal device sends a message 1 to a first network device, where the message 1 includes a random access preamble. The terminal device receives DCI and a message 2 scheduled by the DCI from the first network device, where the message 2 includes downlink data, the DCI and/or the message 2 include/includes first information, and the first information is used to schedule ACK/NACK feedback information of the message 2. The terminal device sends the ACK/NACK feedback information to the first network device based on the first information. According to the foregoing method, the first information is used to schedule the ACK/NACK feedback information. Therefore, the terminal device may send the ACK/NACK feedback information of the message 2 to the first network device in an MT-EDT scenario and based on the first information included in the DCI and/or the message 2, to improve robustness of transmission of the downlink data in the message 2.

Abstract: Example communication methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes receiving a first parameter by a terminal device from a first device, where the first parameter corresponds to first wake-up signal (WUS) configuration information in at least one piece of WUS configuration information, and the first WUS configuration information includes information about a first WUS time-frequency resource. The terminal device determines the first WUS time-frequency resource based on the first parameter, and receives a first WUS from a second device on the first WUS time-frequency resource, where the first WUS is used to wake up the terminal device. In this method, the terminal device can determine the first WUS time-frequency resource based on the first parameter received from the first device, and then receive the first WUS from the second device on the first WUS time-frequency resource.

Abstract: This application discloses a resource configuration method and an apparatus, which are applied to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: User equipment UE receives a first message sent by a base station. The first message carries configuration information of a preconfigured resource, and the preconfigured resource is used for data transmission by the UE in an idle state. The UE obtains first indication information, and releases the preconfigured resource based on the first indication information. The method and the apparatus that are provided in this application resolve a problem in the current technology that a preconfigured resource is wasted if the UE cannot properly release the resource after the resource is allocated to the UE.
