    摘要: A stator of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is provided. The stator spaced apart from a rotor by a predetermined gap within an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor includes a stator tooth that is circumferentially spaced apart by a predetermined distance while interposing a slot therebetween that corresponds to an exterior diameter surface of the rotor. Additionally, a stator shoe is formed at an end of the stator tooth and includes an interior diameter surface of a predetermined diameter that faces the exterior diameter surface of the rotor. A cross point between a circle has a diameter of (interior diameter of the stator shoe×1.0287×24/slot number) mm and the stator tooth is a tooth end start point of the stator tooth.

    摘要: A system of calculating temperature may include: a motor including a housing having opened ends, a cover connected to the housing to close at least one of the opened ends, a shaft rotatably disposed in the housing and having one end which penetrates through a center portion of the cover, a rotor fixed on an exterior circumference of the shaft in the housing and the cover, a stator fixed on an interior circumference of the housing, and an air gap formed between an exterior circumference of the rotor and an interior circumference of the stator; an input portion receiving a real time input and a predetermined input; and a control portion establishing a thermal equivalent circuit using the inputs of the input portion and convection or conduction characteristics between constituent elements of the motor, and calculating a temperature of each constituent element using the thermal equivalent circuit.

    摘要: A driving motor includes a rotor body that is rotatably installed inside a stator with a predetermined void therebetween and has a rotor coil wound on multiple rotator teeth. The rotor body includes: i) multiple wedges inserted between the rotor teeth of the rotor body in an axial direction and supporting the rotor coil; and ii) end coil covers mounted on both axial ends of the rotor body, respectively and connected with the wedge members. Each wedge member includes a wedge body disposed between the rotor teeth in the axial direction and connected with the end coil covers. Each wedge body is made of a metallic material having a conductivity and has an insulating layer formed on an outer surface other than both cross sections connected to the end coil covers. The end coil covers are also made of a metallic material having a conductivity and are connected with the ends of each wedge body.

    摘要: A vehicle and method of controlling the same are provided in which the performance of an electric motor is prevented from being degraded by efficiently and more accurately calculating the temperature of a permanent magnet within the electric motor to adjust the amount of power supplied to the electric motor. The vehicle includes an electric motor having a stator, a rotor, and a permanent magnet and a sensor that measures the temperature of the electric motor. An inverter drives the electric motor and a controller generates a predetermined heat quantity by supplying power to the electric motor to calculate the temperature of the permanent magnet based on the temperature of the electric motor at a predetermined point measured using the sensor. When the temperature of the permanent magnet exceeds a predetermined temperature, the controller reduces the supply of the power.

    摘要: A temperature calculation system includes a yoke disposed along an inner circumference, first and second teeth arranged on an inner circumference surface of the yoke while having an interval set in a circumference direction, and a coil member formed between the first and second teeth and including a plurality of coils, forms a thermal equivalent circuit of the coil member, and calculates a temperature of a set portion of the coil member. An outer circumference surface temperature and an inner circumference surface temperature of the coil member are calculated by using radial conduction resistance using a temperature of an inner one side of the coil member. An average temperature of the coil member is calculated by using compensation resistance from the temperature of the inner one side of the coil member, thermal capacity of the coil member, and a heating amount of the coils formed in the coil member.
