摘要： An organic light emitting diode display device includes a display unit including a plurality of pixels; a data driver applying data voltage to the pixels; and a power supplier including a first power source providing high-level voltage to the anode electrode of organic light emitting diodes and a second power source providing low-level voltage to the cathode electrode of the organic light emitting diodes included in the pixels, in which the power supplier provides the second power source in a sink method at positive voltage, when the threshold voltage of a driving transistor for driving the organic light emitting diodes shifts to a negative. When gate-source voltage of a driving transistor shifts to negative threshold voltage, it is possible to apply the data voltage at positive voltage and to simplify a driving IC, thereby ensuring wide use, by applying voltage of a second power source ELVSS at positive voltage.

摘要： An organic light emitting display includes a mode determining unit adapted to determine whether the display is in a low power or common driving mode based on an operation control signal and to generate a control signal corresponding to the determined mode, a scan driver adapted to sequentially supply scan signals to scan lines, a data driver adapted to supply data signals to data lines in synchronization with the scan signals, pixels arranged at intersections of the scan lines and the data lines, and a timing controller adapted to control the scan driver and the data driver so that a frame frequency changes based on whether the low power driving mode or the common driving mode control signal is supplied from the mode determining unit, wherein the scan driver is adapted to uniformly maintain a pulse width of the scan signals regardless of a change in the frame frequency.

A driving method of the organic light emitting display includes: generating first digital values by sensing deterioration information of organic light emitting diodes respectively included in a plurality of pixels coupled to a data line during two or more continuous frame periods; storing the first digital values in a memory; generating second digital values by sensing threshold voltage and mobility information of driving transistors respectively included in the pixels during two or more continuous frame periods; storing the second digital values in the memory; converting input data into calibration data according to the information stored in the memory to display an image having a uniform brightness, irrespective of the deterioration information of the organic light emitting diodes and the threshold voltage and mobility information of the driving transistors; and supplying a data signal in accordance with the calibration data to the data line.
