Abstract: A display apparatus transmits a picture acquisition request for getting picture information to an external image apparatus connected through a predetermined interface to the display apparatus from the external image apparatus at predetermined intervals and gets a plurality of pieces of picture information from the external image apparatus to be displayed. The plurality of pictures may be switched at predetermined intervals, for example, to be displayed, so that the plurality of pictures may be displayed in a so-called slide show manner. A plurality of pictures for thumbnail may be produced from the plurality of pieces of picture information and be arranged together to be displayed in one picture screen of a display device.

Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a capacitor, a light emitting control transistor, a driving transistor, and multiple light emitting transistors. The light emitting control transistor includes a gate electrode coupled to a light emitting control signal, a source electrode coupled to a supply voltage, and a drain electrode. The driving transistor includes a gate electrode coupled to the capacitor, a source electrode coupled to the drain electrode of the light emitting control transistor, and a drain electrode. Each light emitting transistor includes a gate electrode coupled to a respective light emitting signal, a source electrode coupled to the drain electrode of the driving transistor, and a drain electrode coupled to a respective light emitting element. Each light emitting signal turns on the respective light emitting transistor during a respective light emitting period within a frame period to cause the respective light emitting element to emit a light. The light emitting control signal turns on the light emitting control transistor during each light emitting period within the frame period.

Abstract: A display driver includes a GRAM, a data driver, and a control circuit. The data driver is configured to: update, in a first mode, display elements of a display panel based on a command provided to the display driver asynchronously with a display vertical sync signal; update, in a second mode, the display elements based on image data stored in the GRAM in synchronization with the display vertical sync signal; and update, in a third mode, the display elements in synchronization with an external vertical sync signal. The control circuit is configured to: switch the display drive to a second mode in response to a first command; adjust, in the second mode, the display vertical sync signal based on an external vertical sync signal; and switch the display driver to the third mode after achieving synchronization of the display vertical sync signal with the external vertical sync signal.

Abstract: A method and device for screen-off display in the field of information processing are disclosed. A content element for screen-off display and format information corresponding to information content to be displayed via screen-off display are acquired. A reference time is acquired. The reference time refers to a system time acquired by an Application Processor (AP) at turnoff of a screen. The information content is displayed via screen-off display according to the reference time, the format information, and the content element for screen-off display. With embodiments herein, after the screen goes off, display is done straightforwardly according to the reference time, the format information, and the required content element, without the need to awaken the AP every minute to acquire an instant time, or to do plotting every minute according to the acquired instant time, thereby reducing power consumption.

Abstract: Converter and conversion method for converting a click position of a flat panel display into a light pen simulated signal for a semiconductor manufacturing machine are provided. A converter includes a first connector, a second connector, and a controller. The first connector is configured to relay the click position of the flat panel display with a first display resolution. The second connector is configured to relay a horizontal synchronization signal and a vertical synchronization signal from the semiconductor manufacturing machine and a second display resolution. The controller converts the click position into a light pen position according to the first and second display resolutions, and provides the light pen simulated signal to the semiconductor manufacturing machine through the second connector according to the light pen position, the horizontal synchronization signal and the vertical synchronization signal.
