摘要： Disclosed herein is a method of producing a phosphor screen of color picture tube wherein a light absorbing material is applied onto the inner surface of a panel, a shadow mask is provided, the surface of film of the light absorbing material is scanned and irradiated with a laser beam via the shadow mask so that portions of the light absorbing material irradiated with the laser beam are heated and burned, thereby to form a black matrix. According to this method, the number of steps for forming the black matrix is decreased, and the quality and yield of the phosphor screen are increased.

摘要： A color cathode-ray tube providing a nonglare effect which can be regenerated without degradation of its nonglare function and which can be inexpensively formed. A light scattering film composed of metal containing compound micro-particles having a high index of refraction and a particle size of 0.1 &mgr;m to 2 &mgr;m is formed in contact with the internal surface of a faceplate of the color cathode-ray tube, and a black matrix having a multiplicity of holes is formed on the light scattering film. A red phosphor layer, a green phosphor layer and a blue phosphor-layer are formed in the holes of the black matrix on the light scattering film in such a manner that the phosphor layers of red, green and blue are disposed cyclically in that order. External light incident on the faceplate is partly reflected by the external surface of the faceplate, and the remainder of the external light passes through the faceplate and is made incident on the light scattering film. The external light is scattered by the metal containing compound micro-particles having a high index of refraction, so that no substantial light components of the external light again penetrate into the face plate thereby providing a nonglare effect.

摘要： A light exposing prism system for use in light exposure process for forming a phosphor plane of a color picture tube is disclosed. The prism system is arranged between a panel of the color picture tube and a linear exposing light source and includes a plurality of small prisms which are arranged transversely to an axial line extending through a center of the panel and a center of the light source and to a longitudinal axis of the light source. The prism system is adapted to be oscillated in the direction of arrangement of the small prisms. Pitch of the arrangement of the small prisms is within a range of 0.05 mm to 3.0 mm, preferably 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm.

摘要： In forming a fluorescent screen of a black matrix type color picture tube, a light absorptive film is first formed on the inner surface of a face plate of the color picture tube. Formed on the light absorptive film is a light-hardenable photosensitive resin film which in turn is exposed to light through a shadow mask at portions corresponding to phosphor applying portions. The unexposed portion of the light-hardenable photosensitive film is then developed. Finally, the exposed portion of the light-hardenable photosensitive film and portion of the light absorptive film therebeneath are removed to partly perforate the light absorptive film so that in the light absorptive film, openings are formed into which the phosphor is applied.

摘要： A stop lever fixing lever supported at a bed body of a sewing machine has one end to be contacted by a projection of a pattern wheel. A connecting member has one end connected to the other end of the stop lever fixing lever. A first presser bar lifter has one end connected to the other end of the connecting member. A second presser bar lifter has one end defining an operation arm positioned at a lifting position and has a folded projection provided with a hole. A stepped screw having a knurled thumb at the peripheral surface thereof is rotatably inserted in the hole of the folded projection edge with a small diameter screw portion at the tip end thereof. A lever shifting member is screwed into the small diameter screw portion at the folded projection edge. A presser bar lifter cam is disposed along a cutting axis and has a projection. The lever shifting member is engaged with the first presser bar lifter at one pivotable position for transmitting the swingable movement of the first presser bar lifter to the second presser bar lifter while it is engaged with the projection of the presser bar lifter cam and at the other pivotable position transmits the swingably movement of the presser bar lifter cam to the second presser bar lifter.

摘要： A quick feeding shaft is rotatably supported at a bed of a perforating sewing machine. A quick feeding shaft rotatable in one direction and has one end coaxially connected to a magnetic clutch shaft and the other end coaxially connected to one end of a quick feeding shaft body provided with a worm. A magnetic clutch is secured coaxially to the magnetic clutch shaft and operatively connects the magnetic clutch shaft to the quick feeding shaft. A pattern wheel shaft is disposed at right angles to the quick feeding shaft and has a pattern wheel for feeding a sewn cloth quickly. A worm wheel coaxially secured thereto at an intermediate portion thereof to mesh with the worm. The worm wheel and the worm form a gear mechanism for transmitting the rotational driving force of the quick feeding shaft to the pattern wheel shaft.
