    摘要: A driving circuit of an active matrix method in a display device is disclosed, which can compensate luminance deviation of the display device according to threshold voltage deviation of a driving unit. The driving circuit of the active matrix method includes a switching unit switching a current applied from the driving unit to the display device, and a deviation compensator detecting the current applied to the display device by switching of a second switch, and controlling a control voltage, thereby compensating luminance deviation of the display device according to threshold voltage deviation of the driving unit.

    摘要: An active driving circuit for a display panel includes first to fourth transistors, a capacitor, a constant current source, and a capacitor. The first transistor is connected with a positive power source. The second transistor has a common gate terminal together with the first transistor and a mirror circuit against the first transistor. Also, the second transistor is turned on by a common gate signal applied to the common gate terminal to supply the positive power source to a display device. The third transistor sets a saturated threshold voltage for the common gate terminal by allowing the first transistor and the second transistor to constitute a mirror circuit against each other in accordance with a scan line signal. The constant current source supplies a current with a ground one side and controlled by a gray signal of a data line. The fourth transistor sets the common gate voltage corresponding to the controlled current of the constant current source by the scan line signal. The capacitor accumulates charges corresponding to the difference between the positive power source and the common gate voltage.

    摘要: The present invention generates a cell driving apparatus of a field emission display capable of increasing a grey level and minimizing an area problem by designing a current mode DAC which contains low voltage devices. The cell driving apparatus for use in the field emission display employing a passive matrix indication method, wherein the field emission display includes a field emission device cell having a cathode and a gate electrode, and a data driving means outputting digital signals provided from the outside as data signals, comprises a current mode DAC means for providing a current to the cathode in response to the data signals from the data driving means, and a high voltage isolating means, connected between the current mode DAC means and a cathode line, for preventing an instantaneous high voltage from being provided to the current mode DAC means to thereby protect the current mode DAC means, wherein the instantaneous high voltage is generated between a gate line and the cathode line in response to a gate control signal derived from a gate control means. By using the cell driving apparatus, the present invention obtains a current source having an improved voltage-to-current characteristic to thereby advance the grey level.
