    摘要: A method of manufacturing a heat exchanger includes providing a first plurality of micro-tubes, wherein each micro-tube has a first side and a second side extending along a first axis, and providing a first plurality of fins, wherein each fin having a first base having a first face and a second face disposed opposite the first face. The method further includes disposing the first side of each micro-tube of the first plurality of micro-tubes on the first face of the first base of the first plurality of fins and joining an entire length of the first side of each micro-tube of the first plurality of micro-tubes to the first face of the first base of the first plurality of fins to define a first heat exchanger layer.

    摘要: A composite structure includes a first fiber sheet, one or more second fiber sheet overlaying the first fiber sheet, a sensor, and two or more z-pins. The sensor is arranged between the first fiber sheet and the one or more second fiber sheet. The two or more z-pins extend through the first fiber sheet and the one or more second fiber sheet and are distributed about a periphery of the sensor to fix the one or more second fiber sheet to the first fiber sheet about the periphery of the sensor. Sensor arrangements and methods of making composite structures are also described.
