摘要: A voice coil driving auto-focus lens module is disclosed. The voice coil driving auto-focus lens module includes a base, two conductive plates, an insulation spacer, four permanent magnets, a lens holder, an optical lens, a spring set, a coil, and a top cover. The lens holder, the optical lens and the coil form a lens set that moves synchronously while the permanent magnets are fixed on an outer circle of a leaf spring. The spring set includes a coil spring and a leaf spring. By resultant spring force due to extension or compression of the coil spring as well as the leaf spring, together with the electromagnetic force, the lens module moves fast, focuses stably and the tilt of the lens module is reduced.

摘要: A compact auto focus lens module includes a piezoelectric actuator, an elastic element, at least two guiding fixtures, and a lens barrel with an optical lens set therein. By elastic force of the elastic element, a friction is generated between the lens barrel and the piezoelectric actuator. While being applied with a voltage, the lens barrel driven by the movement of the piezoelectric actuator moves along the optical axis under the guidance of the guiding fixtures. Due to fewer elements, compact volume, and light weight, the design is applied to a miniature auto focus lens modules so as to achieve effects of fast movement, stable focusing and reduced tilting.

By a thrust in the tangent direction generated from the tangent thrust element toward the outer edge of the lens barrel, a friction is generated between the lens barrel and the piezoelectric actuator. When the piezoelectric actuator is applied with a voltage, the lens barrel driven by the piezoelectric actuator moves along an optical axis for focusing with the auxiliary of the guiding fixture. Due to fewer elements, light weight and compact volume, the design is applied to miniature auto focus lens modules so as to achieve effects of fast movement, stable focusing and reduced tilting.

摘要: A length-adjustable vehicular power plug for use with a vehicular electrical appliance is disclosed. The vehicular power plug includes a plug end electrically connected to a vehicular power source for getting a power needed for the vehicular electrical appliance; a connector end electrically connected to the vehicular electrical appliance for transmitting the power to the vehicular electrical appliance; a first sleeve body connected to the plug end for supporting the plug end; a second sleeve body connected to the connector end for supporting the connector end, and slipable relative to the first sleeve body; and a positioning member for changing the relative position between the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body from a first position to a second position in response to an external force applied on the first and second sleeve bodies, and securing the first and second sleeve bodies at the second position when the external force is removed, thereby adjusting the length of the vehicular power plug.

摘要: An ink-jet cartridge adapted to be used for a thermal ink-jet printer is disclosed. The ink-jet cartridge includes a housing for storing the ink in an interior thereof, a printhead having a plurality of orifices thereon for allowing the ink to be Jetted therethrough when the thermal ink-jet printer is printing, and a pressure-adjusting device disposed in the housing for regulating a back pressure of the interior of the housing, wherein the pressure-adjusting device includes a first opening fixed on an upper portion of the housing and exposed to an ambient atmosphere, and a second opening disposed at a bottom of the interior of the housing and having at least one regulating hole thereon. Each regulating hole has a cross-sectional area being smaller than that of the first opening for maintaining the back pressure when the ink-jet cartridge is inverted.

The process includes steps of: a) providing a substrate, b) forming a dielectric layer over the substrate, c) forming a resistor over the dielectric layer, d) forming a conducting layer over a portion of the resistor, e) forming a passivation over a portion of the conducting layer and another portion of the resistor not covered by the conducting layer, f) forming a hole over the passivation for storing an ink, and g) forming a nozzle over the hole for ejecting therethrough the ink.
