    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a high voltage cooling fan motor unit. For this purpose, the present disclosure includes a motor 100 located inside a high voltage cooling fan motor housing 102; an inverter PCB 200 located on the upper portion of the motor 100; a cover plate 300 for covering the upper surface of the motor housing 102, assembled in the state of facing the inverter PCB 200, and having a groove part 310 formed on the outside upper surface thereof; a cooling fin 400 provided on the outside of the cover plate 300 in the state of facing the groove part 310; and a power conversion unit 500 mounted on the lower surface of a heat sink 50 in the state of facing the inverter PCB 200 via the heat sink 50 mounted on the inside lower surface of the cover plate 300.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stator assembly for a motor. The stator assembly comprises a stator core having a plurality of teeth around each of which a stator coil is wound, a first insulator coupled to one side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, a second insulator coupled to the other side of the stator core to provide insulation between one tooth and an adjacent tooth, and a three-phase terminal inserted between the stator core and the second insulator and protruded partially to the outside of the second insulator to be electrically connected to an inverter. According to the present invention, there are advantageous effects that since the three-phase terminal is assembled between insulators, breakaway and breakage of the three-phase terminal can be prevented and that insulation effect and assembly capability thereof are enhanced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a motor rotor control device and method capable of reducing noise caused by the alignment of a motor rotor, and securing stability of staring a motor. The motor rotor control device in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a motor having a rotor; an inverter for supplying a three-phase alternating-current voltage to the motor; and a control unit for estimating the initial location of the rotor upon the initial driving of the motor, correcting the location of the rotor by a predetermined angle from the estimated initial location, and then driving the motor.
