Abstract: An inverter module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a high voltage circuit unit which generates an inverter control voltage and a motor driving voltage by using a first DC voltage; a high voltage circuit pattern which electrically connects the high voltage circuit unit; a low voltage circuit unit which communicates with an external device by using a second DC voltage having a smaller magnitude than the first DC voltage; and a low voltage circuit pattern which electrically connects the low voltage circuit unit. The high voltage circuit pattern and the low voltage circuit pattern are spaced apart from each other.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a motor rotor control device and method capable of reducing noise caused by the alignment of a motor rotor, and securing stability of staring a motor. The motor rotor control device in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a motor having a rotor; an inverter for supplying a three-phase alternating-current voltage to the motor; and a control unit for estimating the initial location of the rotor upon the initial driving of the motor, correcting the location of the rotor by a predetermined angle from the estimated initial location, and then driving the motor.

Abstract: A brushless motor includes a rotor in which permanent magnets are provided on an inner circumferential surface of a rotor core, and a stator in which teeth are provided on respective ends of stator cores around each of which a coil is wound. Each of the teeth is formed such that the distance between a facing surface which faces the permanent magnet and an inner circumferential surface of the permanent magnet is increased from the center of the tooth to the end thereof. Therefore, the rate of variation in magnetic resistance in response to variation in position of the rotor can be minimized, whereby cogging torque can be markedly reduced.

Abstract: Provided is an inverter built-in brushless direct current (BLDC) motor, in which an inverter housing and a cover are coupled to each other by having a connector block interposed therebetween, a sealing portion formed in the connector block seals between a circumference in a height direction and a length direction of the connector block and an inner side surface of the inverter housing and the cover, and a space between an electric wire penetrating through an electric wire through hole and the connector block, thereby simplifying parts for forming a watertight structure, easily sealing between the inverter unit and the connector block and sealing between the connector block and the electric wire, and reducing a package size including a connector block assembling part formed in the inverter unit and the connector block.
