The invention relates to a hydraulic transmission valve with a magnetizable housing which is integrally configured in one piece with a pole core cone. The transmission valve according to the invention facilitates comfortably coupling in particular startup clutches, shifting clutches or synchronization clutches in a friction locking manner. Still using a transmission valve of this type is facilitated for fewer to no transmission oil changes. Furthermore a transmission valve of this type can also be used in countries with inferior transmission oil quality. The housing includes a connection. The connection defines an anchor stroke and a concentric arrangement between the pole core cone and a pole tube. Thus, the pole tube is fixated the magnetizable pole flange. An anchor that is exclusively supported in the pole tube is magnetically separated from the pole tube through a separation layer with a thickness of 0.01 mm to 0.06 mm.

The invention relates to a method for sintering aluminium-based sintered parts which are, initially, guided with the aid of a transport system T through a de-binding area (3) before being guided through followed by a sintering area (2) and finally being guided through a cooling area (4). Inert gas atmosphere prevails in the sintering area (2), provided with an oxygen content, corresponding to a thawing point of, maximum, 40° C. The sintered parts (23) are heated to the required sintering temperature of 560-620° C., by means of convection, whereby the inert gas atmosphere is accordingly heated, flowing around said sintered parts in a corresponding manner.
Abstract:
An actuating device for a transmission of a motor vehicle has a housing and two pistons moveably arranged in the housing. A coupling part is arranged between the two pistons and is acted on by the two pistons so as to be moved by the two pistons. The coupling part is connected to a shifting part of the transmission and is made, at least on a surface of the coupling part, of wear-resistant material. The two pistons are loosely seated on the coupling part so that these parts can align themselves properly relative to one another after mounting.

A heat treatment process in a roll type furnace for metal articles, in which the articles are heated in stages up to 800.degree.-850.degree. C. in several pre-heating zones with atmospheres containing free oxygen; the articles are heated in a high temperature zone in a reducing atmosphere containing no free oxygen and run through this zone relatively quickly; the burners of the high temperature zone are timed with high and low power periods, depending on the quantity of articles supplied and the amount of heat to be transmitted; rolls of the furnace are set in the high temperature zone at a short distance from each other; and baffle plates between the zones are set at the smallest possible distance from the rolling track or the articles on the rolling track. The burners are located above and below the rolling track.
