摘要: A thin film transistor, an array substrate and a display device. The thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, a first electrode, and a second electrode on the base substrate. The gate electrode includes a first body portion and a first extension portion extending along the first direction, electrically connected with the first body portion, and spaced apart from the first body portion by a first spacing. The first electrode includes a first overlapping end, an orthographic projection of the first overlapping end on the base substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first body portion on the base substrate; a first compensation end at a side of the first overlapping end away from the first body portion; and a first intermediate portion connecting the first overlapping end and the first compensation end.

摘要: An array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix and a plurality of common electrode lines extending along the column direction on the base substrate. There are two scanning signal lines between two adjacent rows of pixel units, and pixel units in a (2N+1)-th column and a (2N+2)-th column are taken as one pixel unit group, N being selected from integers greater than or equal to zero. The respective common electrode lines are located between two adjacent pixel unit groups.

摘要: An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, especially to a peripheral wiring structure of a display substrate, and a display substrate. In each two adjacent wirings on a display substrate, a first peripheral wiring structure has a first bent part which includes a first inclined surface, a first top surface, a second inclined surface; and a second peripheral wiring structure has a second bent part which includes a third inclined surface, a second top surface, a fourth inclined surface; a centerline of the second bent part is located between two adjacent first bent parts, and the third inclined surface of the second bent part is opposite to and parallel to the second inclined surface of one first bent part, and the distance between the third and second inclined surfaces is larger than that between the second and first top surfaces; the fourth inclined surface is opposite to and parallel to the first inclined surface of another first bent part, and the distance between the fourth and first inclined surfaces is larger than that between the second and first top surfaces. The distance between the adjacent peripheral wirings in the above-described display substrate may be smaller than the minimal distance of the Array process, which contributes to achieve a narrow border design of a display device.

摘要: A pixel structure, a display panel and a manufacturing method of the pixel structure are disclosed. The pixel structure includes: gate lines extending in parallel in a first direction; data lines extending in parallel in a second direction; and a plurality of pixel units defined by the gate lines and the data lines. One of the data lines is disposed between two pixel units which are adjacent to each other in the first direction, and two of the gate lines are disposed between two pixel units which are adjacent to each other in the second direction. Each of the pixel units comprises two pixel regions which are arranged side by side in the first direction, each of the pixel regions comprises a pixel electrode, and each of the pixel units comprises a unitary common electrode which covers the two pixel regions.
