    摘要： The invention discloses a method of heating a preform (50) of thermoplastic material prior to blow molding the same to form a container, with the preform (50) being held at a threaded region (58) during heating thereof. A neck portion (48) of the preform (50) close to the threaded region (58) is temporarily heated more strongly as compared to other regions. The invention further relates to a tempering device for heating such a preform (50), including at least one radiation and/or heat source acting on the preform (50) and defining several impact regions on the preform (50) with different heating intensities each. The preform (50) has associated therewith at least one reflector (52) disposed in the threaded (58) and/or neck region (48) for deflecting radiation proportions piercing the neck region (48) and for heating the neck region (48) on an inside of the preform (50).

For this purpose, at least one plastic hollow body (2S) is rigidly clamped in parallel to its longitudinal axis (LS) by means of bilateral clamping jaws (4). A linearly moveable plastic hollow body (2B) lies on the plastic hollow body (2S). The linearly and not in parallel to the longitudinal axis moveable plastic hollow body (2B) is impinged with a force (FG). The moveable plastic hollow body (2B) presses with the force (FG) onto the rigidly clamped plastic hollow body (2S). The neck area (3) of the moveable plastic hollow body (2B) is connected with a force measurement unit (6).

    摘要： Provided are a system and method for producing plastics material containers at a plant. A first processing unit outputs preforms having a temperature above an ambient temperature. A forming arrangement is arranged after the first processing unit in a direction of transport of the preforms, and forms the preforms into the plastics material containers. A heating device heats the preforms. A blow molding machine is in the direction of transport of the plastics material preforms, and expands the heated plastics material preforms to form the plastics material containers by applying a free-flowing medium. A discharge device is between the first processing unit and the forming arrangement, and discharges the plastics material preforms. A storage apparatus stores the plastics material preforms discharged by the discharge device.
