The invention further relates to a tempering device for heating such a preform (50), including at least one radiation and/or heat source acting on the preform (50) and defining several impact regions on the preform (50) with different heating intensities each. The preform (50) has associated therewith at least one reflector (52) disposed in the threaded (58) and/or neck region (48) for deflecting radiation proportions piercing the neck region (48) and for heating the neck region (48) on an inside of the preform (50).

    摘要: A method for the temperature control and/or regulation of a heating device (10) for preforms (46) made from a thermoplastic material, the method being intended for controlling the temperature of the preforms (46) prior to a subsequent blow molding or stretch blow molding process. The temperature control process includes at least two distinct, consecutive heating stages (12, 14), where a near uniform base temperature of the entire preform (46) is achieved in the first heating stage (12). The base temperature approximately corresponds to a maximum heating temperature (T2) for maintaining the dimensional stability of the thread section at the preform's (46) open-topped neck section. An unevenly distributed softening temperature (T3) according to a predefineable thermal profile is achieved in the second heating stage (14), with the softening temperature (T3) being required for blow molding or stretch blow molding at least the preform's (46) body section located below the thread section and/or a collar area located therebelow. The invention furthermore includes a heating device (10) for performing the method.

Radiators in the second heating stage are regulated or adjusted as a function of the first temperature reading and temperature deviations of the preforms from the specified set point temperature are compensated for prior to exit of the preforms from the heating device. The invention further includes a heating device for performing the method.

    摘要: An apparatus for heating plastics-material performs includes a conveying device which conveys the plastics-material performs along a pre-determined conveying path. A heating device is arranged along this conveying path and which heats the plastics-material performs. The apparatus has at least one first contacting element arranged downstream with respect to the heating device for acting upon a wall of the plastic-material perform with a temperature profile varying in a peripheral direction and/or longitudinal direction of the plastics-material perform. The contacting element touches with a contact face a pre-determined region— bounded in the peripheral direction and/or longitudinal direction of the plastics-material performs— of a wall of the plastics-material perform in order to act upon this region with a temperature profile different from regions not touched by the contacting element. In addition, the apparatus has an advancing device which advances the contacting element to the plastics-material perform in a pre-determined direction.
