摘要： A security monitoring system 10 for a large infrastructure 12 is provided. The system includes several magnetometers 14 disposed around an area 16 of the infrastructure. According to aspects of present technique at least one magnetometer 28 is configured to relay an alert signal indicating a change in a magnetic flux profile around the area. A central unit 56 is configured to receive the alert signal from at least one magnetometer and initiate a response to the alert signal.

摘要： Methods, systems, and computer program products for identifying assets for resource allocation are provided. The method includes gathering data that includes asset data and ambient area data. The asset data relates to each asset in an infrastructure and the ambient area data relates to a geographic region surrounding a corresponding asset. The method also includes analyzing the asset and ambient area data to determine the propensity for an event or condition, occurring within each ambient area, to have an unfavorable impact on the asset. The method further includes rating a severity of the unfavorable impact, and selecting at least one asset in the infrastructure for allocating a resource based upon the rating.

The system includes a speech recognition engine configured to generate one or more text transcripts corresponding to one or more speech segments from an audio signal. The encoder is configured to broadcast the text transcripts corresponding to the speech segments as closed captions.

摘要： A system for generating closed captions from an audio signal includes an audio pre-processor configured to correct one or more predetermined undesirable attributes from an audio signal and to output one or more speech segments. The system also includes a speech recognition module configured to generate from the one or more speech segments one or more text transcripts and a post processor configured to provide at least one pre-selected modification to the text transcripts. Further included is an encoder configured to broadcast modified text transcripts corresponding to the speech segments as closed captions.

摘要： An Integration Controller integrates broadcast automation systems and thereby provides a single command and control center for monitoring production of the audio and video stream. An event-based schedule, or a “playlist,” specifies the segments to be played along with the necessary timing and hardware information. Each event in the schedule commands the playback or record of a video segment, generation of a special effect, transfer of a video segment from one device to another or closure of one or more video switches. Events may be launched automatically at a specified time, or manually by an operator. An Integration Controller (IC) communicates with an Event Scheduling System via a Scheduling System Interface. The Scheduling System Interface communicates with the Integration Controller via the IC server. The IC server utilizes various modules to communicate with Device Drivers, a Log Manager and one or more User Interfaces.
