摘要： The invention concerns the production of citric acid-producing mycelial pellets of a citric acid-producing microorganism by a selective treatment with ferrocyanide or ferricyanide ions. Known Asperigillus or Penicillium are well suited for the fermentation. The invention also concerns the production of citric acid with the pellets of the invention by submerged fermentation. The fermentation is remarkably more efficient than conventional methods, greater yields being obtained in a shorter time.
