摘要： A pasted substrate (24a) is produced by: detecting a half cut site (34) by CCD cameras (72a and 72b) constituting first and second detecting mechanisms (47a and 47b); calculating dislocation amounts (ΔLa and ΔLb) with respect to a reference position for each of photosensitive webs (22a and 22b); driving a rubber roller (80a) according to an arithmetic mean value (ΔL) of the dislocation amounts (ΔLa and ΔLb) to correct the feed amounts of the photosensitive webs (22a and 22b); then conveying a glass substrate (24) to a space between the rubber rollers (80a and 80b); and pasting the photosensitive webs (22a and 22b) thereto. There are also provided a photosensitive transfer material having a thermoplastic resin layer and a photosensitive resin layer, and in which a melt viscosity ηK of a photosensitive resin layer at 100° C., and a melt viscosity ηCu of a thermoplastic resin layer at 100° C. satisfy a relationship of ηK/ηCu>2.

摘要： A laser beam emitted from a laser diode of each of detectors is applied to a partly cut region of a photosensitive sheet film which is spread toward the detectors by a film bending roller. Part of the laser beam which is reflected from the partly cut region is detected by an amount-of-light sensor. The laser beam that is applied to a surface of the photosensitive sheet film other than the partly cut region is reflected outside of a light-detecting area of the amount-of light sensor, and is not detected by the amount-of-light sensor.

The protective sheet supply unit includes an edge position control mechanism for bringing a reference edge of the sheet into alignment with the reference line corresponding to the roll size.
