    摘要: A voltage type inverter apparatus comprising a voltage correcting portion. The voltage correcting portion corrects a given voltage instruction based on a value generated by passing a direct current bus voltage detected value through a first degree delay filter. In decelerating a speed of the alternating current motor, the speed is decelerated in an overexcited state by multiplying the given voltage instruction by a set gain. Simultaneously, a time constant of the first degree delay filter is made larger than a time constant in a normal control state.

It is an object of the invention to provide a method and an apparatus capable of reducing a speed of an alternating current motor and capable of shortening a time period of reducing the speed without bringing about a failure by reducing the speed in an overexcited state by making a time constant of a first degree delay filter larger than a time constant in a normal control state, monitoring a current flowing in the alternating current motor and adjusting the time constant in accordance with a current flowing in the alternating current motor in reducing the speed in driving the alternating current motor by a voltage type inverter including a voltage correcting portion for correcting a given voltage instruction by using a value constituted by passing a direct current bus voltage detected value through the first degree delay filter.

The speed estimator includes a proportional controller configured to reduce the torque error to zero, and an adaptive filter configured to eliminate a high-frequency component of the torque error.

The inverter device 1 includes a torque current control unit 6 for controlling a torque current direction voltage so that a given torque current command value coincides with a torque current detection value, and a V/f conversion unit 7 for calculating an induced voltage command of the AC motor 2 based on a given output frequency command. The inverter device further includes a step-out detection unit 10 for detecting a step-out state of the AC motor 2 based on the torque current direction voltage and the induced voltage command.

The output current of an electric power converter is controlled based on a difference signal of an output current detection signal and a current command signal of the electric power converter. When the AC motor is in a free run condition, current control is conducted by forcing the current command signal to be zero so that a current in the AC motor is made zero. The amplitude and phase and angular velocity of a residual voltage of the AC motor are found based on a calculated output voltage command.
