摘要: A boron-treated steel comprises a carbon steel, or a low alloy steel containing 0.15 to 0.85% C, 0.15 to 2.0% Si, 0.3 to 1.5% Mn, not more than 1.0% Cr, not more than 0.020% of P and S each, and unavoidable quantities of Al and Ti not exceeding 0.008% and 0.010%, respectively, and further contains 6 to 30 ppm of acid-soluble boron. The steel produced is less likely to develop cracks and can be produced at substantially reduced costs.

摘要: A plate material vertical processing line that is capable of subjecting large-sized and thinned glass plates to scribing, venting, etc without degrading their quality, comprises a plurality of processing devices each having a modular structure; wherein each of the processing devices includes a platform; a belt conveyor that is mounted on the platform and is configured to convey a glass plate placed in a substantially upright position while supporting a lower end of the glass plate; and a fluid guide that is mounted on the platform and is configured to apply a fluid pressure to a surface of the glass plate to support the glass plate in the substantially upright position and in a non-contact state; and wherein the processing devices include a combination of at least two processing devices selected from a scribing device, a venting device, a chamfering device, a cleaning agent washing device, a water washing device, a high-pressure water spray device, and a glass plate turn device.

摘要: There is provided a planetary reduction gear 10 between a gas turbine 1 and a generator 5. The planetary reduction gear includes elastic deformation unit 12 on an output side, and for the elastic deformation unit, a strain energy within an elastic limit is set to be larger than a fluctuation torque energy of the generator of a momentary voltage drop time. The elastic deformation unit 12 includes an elastic member which elastically connects an output shaft 10a of the planetary reduction gear to an outer ring 10b. Thereby, when an excessive torque is generated in the generator by a momentary voltage drop, service interruption, and the like for a short time, it is possible to maintain the operation of a power generation facility, and secure a power supply of an important load, and an installation length is shortened and the facility can be downsized.

摘要: A high-pressure washing liquid ejecting washing apparatus comprises a bar-shaped holder; and a plurality of high-pressure washing liquid ejecting nozzles arranged at constant intervals along a longitudinal direction of the bar-shaped holder, the holder being supported at both sides in a longitudinal direction thereof such that the holder is rotatable around its longitudinal axis, the holder being reciprocatingly rotated around the longitudinal axis within a predetermined rotational angle and the ejecting nozzles ejecting a high-pressure washing liquid to a washed surface of an object in a single straight-line shape to wash the object while the object is conveyed at a constant speed with respect to the holder, wherein the holder has a length which is not less than a length across the object and is disposed such that the holder is orthogonal to a direction in which the object is conveyed or is tilted with respect to the direction in which the object is conveyed, when viewed from a normal line direction of the washed surface.

摘要: A clothes drier according to the present invention can minimize failures in a sensor and can satisfactorily detect drying processing irrespective of the environment. In the clothes drier, an atmospheric temperature sensor 44L for detecting the substrate temperature required to determine the termination of the drying processing is disposed outside a circulating duct 18 and is mounted on a control substrate 42 having a thermal capacity on which a microcomputer for controlling operations performed by the clothes drier is mounted. Since the sensor 44L is provided outside the circulating duct 18, the sensor 44L is less affected by dust and water, as compared with a case where it is provided inside the circulating duct 18.
