    摘要： There is described a paper sheet conveyance apparatus and an image forming apparatus, which makes it possible not only to achieve the minimization and the cost reduction of the apparatus; but also to achieve the high-speed conveyance operation of the paper sheet without generating any step out of the stepping motor. The paper sheet conveyance apparatus, includes: a pair of conveyance rollers to convey a paper sheet; and a stepping motor to drive one of the pair of conveyance rollers. At least one of the conveyance rollers is a roller made of aluminum alloy metal. Further, the roller made of the aluminum alloy metal is shaped in a hallow cylinder. Still further, a surface hardening treatment is applied to a circumferential surface of the roller made of the aluminum alloy metal.

    摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: a fixing device that fixes the toner image onto the recording medium by applying heat and pressure; ejection rollers provided away from the fixing device for ejecting the recording medium; a guide provided on at least one part of a recording medium ejection path between the ejection rollers and the fixing device for guiding a conveyance of the recording medium; at least one spur provided on the guide, having a plurality of teeth on a circumference thereof; and a slit formed on the guide so that the plurality of teeth of the spur are protruded on a side of the recording medium ejection path through the slit, wherein the recording medium is conveyed from the fixing device by bringing the plurality of teeth of the spur into contact with a surface of the recording medium.

    摘要： An image forming apparatus comprises a fixing part for fixing a toner image on a transfer material to the transfer material, a conveying part provided on the downstream side of the fixing part, a correcting member provided in a conveyance path leading from the fixing part to the conveying part, for correcting a curl of the transfer material, and a control part for controlling an upstream-side conveyance speed which is a conveyance speed at which the fixing part provided on the upstream side of the correcting member conveys the transfer material and a downstream-side conveyance speed which is a conveyance speed at which the conveying part provided on the downstream side of the correcting member conveys the transfer material. In printing of a first surface in a double-sided printing mode, the control part sets the downstream-side conveyance speed to be larger than the upstream-side conveyance speed. In printing of a second surface in the double-sided printing mode, the control part sets the upstream-side conveyance speed and the downstream-side conveyance speed so that a difference between the upstream-side conveyance speed and the downstream-side conveyance speed is smaller than a difference between the upstream-side conveyance speed and the downstream-side conveyance speed in printing of the first surface.
