摘要: Medicine packaging apparatuses and methods for accurately determining a remaining sheet amount of a medicine packaging sheet are described. The apparatus includes: a roll support section to which a core tube of a medicine packaging sheet roll is attached; a sensor disposed in the roll support section for outputting a count value according to a rotation amount; a wireless reader-writer unit for writing information to a core tube IC tag and reading said information; an information generation section for generating information to be written to the core tube IC tag; a remaining sheet amount estimation section for estimating a current amount of remaining sheet based on the information and dimensional information of the core tube; and a controller which selectively performs an operation if a reference time-point count value is not yet written to the core tube IC tag and another operation if the count value is already written thereto.

In this case, there is a cutting-region stress in the film (2) or sheet in the cutting region (1) upstream of the passing-on roller (20), and there is a secondary stress in the film (2) or sheet in the passing-on region (II) upstream of the secondary region (III′), in particular winding region (III). The invention also relates to an installation (1) for film or sheet production, and to a method for retrofitting an installation (1) for film or sheet production, and to a system for retrofitting an installation for film or sheet production.

Heating the separator to form the closed-pore portion can reduce the occurrence of lithium precipitation.

摘要: An image processing apparatus includes a registration roller, a first conveying roller, and a second conveying roller. The registration roller is disposed on a conveying path of a sheet to be subjected to image processing, and corrects the skew of the sheet by allowing the leading end of the sheet abut thereon in a stopped state. The first conveying roller is disposed upstream of the registration roller on the conveying path at a position where a first loop space for deflecting the sheet is interposed between the first conveying roller and the registration roller. The second conveying roller is disposed upstream of the first conveying roller at a position where a second loop space is interposed between the two conveying rollers. The second conveying roller conveys the sheet at a conveying speed that is equal to or higher than the conveying speed of the first conveying roller.

At the printing station, a first line is printed onto the substrate. A drive unit is instructed to advance the substrate in the substrate advance direction by a target amount, and a second line is printed onto the substrate. The distance between the first and second lines in a direction perpendicular to the substrate advance direction is calculated and, based on the calculated difference, a tension of the substrate is modified.

The perforation switching mechanism includes a rack gear that is attached to the shaft, a perforation switching motor and a pinion gear that is fixed to the rotating shaft of the perforation switching motor and engages with the rack gear. The control unit can selectively perform first perforation processing and second perforation processing by arranging the shaft in the first position and in the second position.
