    摘要: An object to be decontaminated contaminated with radioactive material, e.g., contaminated soil or water, is introduced into eluting solvent and dissolved, and the radioactive material is separated from the object to be contaminated by elution of the radioactive material into the eluting solvent. The eluting solvent containing the radioactive materials dissolved therein and the object to be decontaminated are separated into solid and liquid. The soil after solid-liquid separation and from which the radioactive material is removed is collected, and the eluting solvent after solid-liquid separation and a separated liquid containing contaminated water are introduced into an electrolysis tank and electrolyzed. Metal ions such as those of the radioactive materials are deposited on the cathode in the electrolysis tank. Hydrogen containing tritium generated in electrolysis is collected in the electrolysis tank. The hydrogen is moved to the outside of the electrolysis tank and trapped.

    摘要: An object to be decontaminated contaminated with radioactive material is introduced into an acid eluting solvent to dissolve the radioactive material. The radioactive material dissolved is concentrated and separated from the eluting solvent in the present method. The object to be decontaminated comprises contaminated soil and contaminated liquid. One or both of the contaminated soil and the contaminated liquid are collected and introduced into the eluting solvent. The radioactive materials and the object to be decontaminated dissolved in the eluting solvent are separated into solid and liquid. The decontaminated soil separated from the eluting solvent is collected. The eluting solvent used for separating the radioactive material and in which radioactive material is dissolved is concentrated.

    摘要: A film-forming structure and a film-forming method on a work include closely depositing a thin primary film on a work, the primary film being a suboxide or an oxide including metal and is soft and has insulation properties and corrosion resistance. The primary film is porous film. The work is integrated with the primary film to prevent the primary film from peeling, and thereby improving the workability. The thin secondary film such as a coating is attached to the primary film closely, thereby reducing the amount of paint used. The primary film is integrated with the secondary film to prevent the secondary film from peeling, improving the workability after formation of the secondary film, and thereby forming the primary and secondary films rationally.
